Flagler county deputies said 25yearold jessica conting was upset when she received garlic knots with cheese. She said the clerk gave her money back in a rude way. Paul sotter lives across the street in the suspects mother and was home the day Sergeant Pearce got hit. He said he watched one detective approach the house and back up quickly arrived. The next thing i knew the swat team was here and they all went in there and they arrested him and brought him out. I dont know if he turned himself in or what.
