James bellone sexually abused two 2yearold boys and photographed the abuse. He also showed adult porn to other kids. Bellone was originally arrested in july on 65 counties of child porn. Now facing 132 additional charges. Chef grady judd is going to talk about the new charges a little later this morning. Turning now to st. Petersburg police are looking for a brazen thief accused of attacking a disabled war veteran and stealing his money. It happened in broad 34th street. Abc action news anchor Lindsay Logue is live. Police have at least two things in their favor today, witnesses who can id the suspect and Surveillance Video and photos of that suspect driving away in a blue Dodge Durango. Jeffrey hardeman is a u. S. Army war vet, disabled and uses a get around. He says last week around lunchtime a man walked up to him in the walmart parking lot in st. Pete and asked him for the time. Then put him in a chokehold for no reason, punchedded him, beat him with his walker and stole his money and other things. He grabbed me around the neck and started choking me, punching me on the side, the head and was grabbing for my stuff. Another witness saw the suspect take off in a blue Dodge Durango. That is the biggest clue police have in the case so far. The license plate may start with the letters gka. If you see that vehicle, again, a blue Dodge Durango youre urged to call police or call police if you know anything about what happened here in this walmart parking lot last week. Live in st. Deputies in Hillsborough County are putting the public on alert for a man using a stroller and child to steal equipment. Musical equipment. They want to know if you recognize this man, deputies say he entered the sam ash store on north dale mabry in carolwood last month with a woman and young girl in a stroller. They say he went into a room where deejay equipment was on display, took a sound mixer, left. That mixer is worth 1,800. If you recognize him call crime stoppers. St. Pete police say thieves took handguns during four separate car breakins this week. Most thefts happened overnight when vehicles were parked outside their homes. An update on a story we man outside of a mcdonalds in las vegas for not holding open a door is now in police custody. Police say 25yearold alonzo perez was arrested last night. Perez is accused of shooting and killing 31yearold Mohammed Robinson outside of a mcdonalds after a friend of perez said robinson didnt hold the door open for her. Police caught perez last week but he broke free from handcuffs friday and escaped from the police station. The family of robinson relieved and thankful to police but still have questions on how that suspect was able to escape custody. To a developing story police in ferguson, missouri are investigating after a vocal activist is found dead in a burned out car. Police say they found the body of 29yearold darren seals after responding to reports of that vehicle fire. Once the fire was out they determined seals had also been shot. His death being investigated as a homicide. Seals was well known for brown, unarmed teen shot by Ferguson Police after going after an officer. Right now a North Carolina man is on the run after admitting to shooting his son and exwife on Facebook Live. That man is earl valentine. Police say yesterday morning he kicked in the door of his ex wifes home, shot and killed hits 15yearold son and critically injured his exwife. After the shooting he went on Facebook Live to share what he had just done. What i did. She deserved what she had coming. Mm. Police say before value teen went on the run he bragged to police about the shootings on the phone. Family of the victims say the mother just moved to town to escape the abuse from valentine. Investigators say a domestic protection order was in place but sadly expired last month. A party expected to draw more than 1,000 amish teens was busted over the weekend in saturday night after learning about the massive field party. Authorities say they heard from concerned parents about the party. The amish are a traditionalist sect of christianity who reject modern technology and conveniences but many of the teens also reject that lifestyle. All of those arrested were charged with underaged consumptions of alcohol. Some are also facing charges of resisting arrest. At least two people were hospitalized with alcohol related illnesses. They put equipment on here and used it as a parking lot. Just left threat whenever they wanted to. Reporter its a common plaint complaibt with new homes. Gardenweb. Com says many builders find it cheaper to get a written assurance from the builder they will not dump construction debris in your yard, it can cause sinkholes in a few years. She has one message for her builder. Come and clear the debris off my property. And i want them to assure me that no more damage will be done to my property. Reporter the home builder tells us they will attempt to clean up the yard and make it right but its better to prevent your home from becoming a dumping ground in the fit so you dont waste your money. 9 18. Imagine you get a bill for nearly 50,000 in unpaid highway tolls. Its real for a Southern California woman. Shes been driving on toll roads for years but not paying the fines. She said she had a credit card on file but Officials Say the one linked to her account changed. She admits it was an oversight on her part but says she never with three kids and working full time and husband deployed. The toll company eventually garnished her wages. She was part of a lawsuit that reduced the fines. She moved and the garnishments stopped. They thought it was over. Then moved back and it started again. She says the toll company has gotten 16,000 from her family so far. She says shes willing to pay the tolls that she owes but will not pay the extra fines. We work with their doctors and physicians and learn about what the different limitations are that they have depending where the cancer was and whether or not there was a surgery involved. And we go from from there. Its a National Program. Yes. Its national. At the local level you said you created the y wait . Its a weight loss. A lot of times for the majority of the folks coming into the y they are looking to lose a lit weight, feel better about themselves. Its an 8week program, includes physical activity and nutritional counseling. They learn how to eat better, how to prep meals, read food labels. On top of that doing physical activity as a group and gaining confidence and strength and losing a little weight. So many folks think of ymca as just the after School Program where the kids play. But even the Diabetes Prevention program is just really inspiring to see. The level of detail in it. The Diabetes Prevention program is a National Program too. Its ymcas nationwide and its focused on on those who are at risk for type 2 diabetes, a direct correlation to obesity wants to do, help those people get healthier and help families get healthier.
