Reporter Largo High School was built in 1957 and was one of the most outdated schools in Pinellas County. Now they have redone almost every building. Reporter the biggest points of pride for students and staff are the new tech programs added this year including automotive and welding. Students who graduate these programs get a certificate and are almost guaranteed a local job paying at least 10 ur and local companies are signing on to help train students. We have had a number of Community Around largo that came to us and said, hey, we need workers and we el you do apprenticeships.
