Right now detectives are still trying to learn why the 14year old gunman targeted children at the Townville Elementary School in South Carolina, officer telling us the teen also killed his dad before opening fire on that school. People in a pasco county doorstep. They woke up to find some hateful messages sitting in their driveways. Reporter neighbors are stunned telling me every single home here on fillmore avenue had one of these small plastic bags tossed in their driveway. Cape coral Police Telling us they have made an arrest in a 26yearold murder case, officers charging 54yearold joseph xyler with rape and murder. Investigators sigh he was him to this cold case. New tonight, a babysitter charged with murder. Boynton beach police say the 26 yearold violently shook a five monthold baby, slamming his head into a wall. He had a fractured school. Next, miami police saying that a dabbed trouble for fighting two 15yearold girls. 41yearold Kevin Williams bus stop as she was involved in a fight. Police say williams told his daughter to keep fighting, then he stepped in to help. Witnesses say he slapped and punched the other girls in the face. Williams fled the scene but later returned and was arrested. He is now facing battery charges. Lake county officials telling us they have arrested a florida Highway Patrol trooper. Investigators say 35yearold David Gonzalez kissed a woman around then groped her diewrk a traffic stop. The trooper facing batted tree school is causing problems. Crews are working to fill in that but there are concerns the sinkhole may be growing tonight. The sinkhole is 10 feet by 16 feet. It may be larger in some areas. Classes have not been affect yet. So when you have a cold front theres the moisture out ahead v. Pull out and see the dryer air. There it is. Theres the front. It is going to tease us. It is going to stall out just in our northern counties. If you live in citrus, hernando, i think on saturday morning you are going to notice were going to have to wait until the next go around which isnt anytime soon. Lets head through the overnight hours into first thing tomorrow morning. Theres our rain. I do think it is going to be heaviest in our northern counties. So pasco, hernando, citrus, and sumter. Thats where the heaviest will be early on. By lunchtime it continues to move inland. So really first thing tomorrow morning at least until 3 00 or we start to get a break as that moisture pulls away. So the evening should be partly cloudy and mostly dry. But there is still moisture out there, and come friday morning, the rain begins to pp again. But then you begin to see that drier air up north. So the way i see it is there is your line. South of the line, typical late summer, early fall day with some scattered showers and storms. North of the line, citrus, sumter, maybe hernando, you are going to start to but for the rest of us no such luck. We will still be looking at scattered showers and storms off and on right through the weekend. All right, lets talk tropics. This is matthew, Tropical Storm matthew. It is pretty much a shoein that this becomes a hurricane. The big question is where is it going to go. We know it is going to go west, but at some point in time it is going to feel the weakness in the ridge up north and start to if its a little sooner, it may be closer to the dominican. If it is a little later, it could be more towards central cuba. Now, there are so many things that are going to have to happen after sunday before we really know where this is headed. You have to stay find. We will be updating tomorrow morning. We get advisories and new tracks every six hours. So clearly at least for the time being it is going to move north. But there is a chance it could be pushed back to the west if that ridge rebuilds. That would be toward the middle to latter half of stay tuned.
