The officer was sitting in his marked patrol car when a man walked up and shot the officer in the arm. The officer fired back hitting the suspect. Both were rushed to the hospital. The officer is in surgery and is expected to survive. Theres no word on the condition of a suspect. A father is under investigation after his son escaped the house and took a drive on u.
