You know, im a single mom and a lawyer and for me to have to fix this on top of everything else, and try to figure it out and run my business, and take care of my kids, this is heartbreaking. Now workers with teco were also here because the car crashed so close to a pole, officials are still investigating whether or not alcohol was a factor in this crash. I think the combination of super tuesday election results, the last two debates, together has been more and more unifying republicans behind our campaign and that is a very, very encouraging sign. Well it was also a win for front runner donald trump who picked up louisiana and kentucky. The republican congratulated senator cruz but the nice talk ended of course with the snarky. I want to congratulate him on maine, because it is close to canada, lets face it. Trump told it is time for the republican field of candidates to pull out. He said it was time for rubio to drop out of the race. Senator Bernie Sanders scored two victories. And Hillary Clinton only picked clinton still has more than twice the amount of delegates as sanders. She focussed she turned her focus to michigan. The front runner didnt waste any time trying to make a reality of beating cruz. He altered his stance on torture by vowing to revamp the countrys laws in questioning of terror suspects. And but it is going to be an incredible day to watch to see how it pans out because those 99 delegates are going to change this race. That is huge, absolutely. So far the momentum seems to be playing in his favor and i think it has been a combination of both cruz and rubio going after strongly against donald trump, where were start to go see that chipping away at his lead and so, you know, i think the gamechanger would be that hits the reset button. But if trump comes out ahead in florida, at that point it is a twoman raise. Rubio didnt hold back attacking trump. Do you think last night moves that attack might not be working for him . To a certain extent anyone who knows the senator, you know, ive had the pleasure of supporting him for, you know, since he ran for senate, and it is certainly out of his character. But i think what we found was that you had to go toe to toe with him and fight fire to fire and he was the only one willing to do that and were starting to see the results of that based on the elections last night. It doesnt seem to be playing in his favor but it has had an effect of trumps campaign. We just ran what romney had to say this week and we talked so much about endorsements. It is not clear they matter. It has shown they dont matter otherwise jeb bush would still be in the game right now. Does romneys anti trump comments matter . May just kind of hit the right tone when they see someone that is well respected in the republican circles as mitt romney. I dont think it churches anybody that is a trump i dont think it changes anybody that is a trump supporter. It is a mysterious process to a lot of folks but when you boil it down to what it actually is, i think people would be more comfortable with it. It is a group of Party Leaders that go to the convention where they dont have to compete against their neighbors and against constituents, elected officials. So if it wasnt for this category they wouldnt automatically go to the convention to cast their vote, one, for the president of the United States, but also the we have a Party Platform to pass. You have the Party Leaders go up and convene once every four years to do party business. Let me ask you about this, debbie cass ser man shuttles said unpledged delegates exist to make sure Party Leaders and officials have to be a position where theyre running against grass root activists. We have a lot of grass root active haves sey Bernie Sanders supporters this time around. What would you say to the people who are concerned . That is correct. If you have, again, your combination of super person, if you did not have this category of unpledged delegates, that person that congressman or congresswoman, to attend the convention as a delegate would actually have to run in an election against one of their constituents or 1 one of the persons who goes out there and putting yard signs in yards and hard for our party. So it gives a level of status to folks to be able to participate at the convention without competing against their grass roots activists. Let me ask you this, were seeing a little bit of ideological split in both the republican and democratic party. You have clinton with the establishment support and sanders with more grass roots support. How does the party get back on a unified front so they can make sure what is happening with the Republican Party doesnt happen to them in four years . I would contend that might be an assumption some folks would make but i would say Hillary Clinton is earning 62 of the vote, so that is a lot of folks within the party. It is not just institutional. Support. If you attended last week the Office Opening in tampa, for Hillary Clinton, you would have seen a huge crowd amass out on the sidewalks out front, overflowed, couldnt fit in the who attended were mostly grass roots people. Unification, were going to come together after this convention as one party because we know the stakes are too high. Youve got were coming out economic growth. You have 18 Million People are coverage. And were going to continue that prosperity and move the nation in the right direction. The only way to do that is to clinton as president.
