A grand jury has just handed out an indictment against a rocky river man accused of killing his own daughter. Jamal mansour is being held on bond tonight after shooting his daughter. According to police her brother found her with two gunshot wounds to the head in her bedroom. He faces aggravated murder and assault charges. School student in Police Custody tonight after leaving threats inside glen oak high. The Stark County Sheriffs Office said the student was arrested for leaving written threats on bathroom walls. As a result the school was put on lockdown for a couple of hours this morning. That student faces charges of aggravated menacing and inducing panic. Weve learned that the man who struck a Cleveland Police officer with his car was driving while under the late last night. That officer was treated, released from the hospital for his injuries.
