Family members of the owners tell news 5 the atm was taken and a stolen minivan used to smash in front of the store was left running in the parking lot. Police have not released information on a possible suspect. And smashandgrabs seem to be a trend now. The state senator tom patton is taking notice. He introduced a bill for atms to go along brick walls or concrete walls in stores. If the bill is not ready for the vote at the year, hes confident it will be ready by the end of next january.
