Or they have someone they can come for them, that person can come and collect of their belongings and move the homeless person out of the area. If not, they will be arrested under the camping law ordinances. They can be on the sidewalk, but they cannot sleep out here because there are beds that would accommodate all of the people who have been living outside the county Administration Building in downtown on beach street in the heart of the city in a very public view. It has been a real issue for the city and the county since early december. The reason a lot of folks say this happened was because the city closed areas parts nearby parks nearby. So they started camping out here and it has been a day by day warmed warned if they do not go willingly to one of the beds that will accommodate them, they will be arrested under this city s camping ordinance.
