Witnesses say rodriguez and his twin brother manuel, fired multiple shots from their vehicle. Both were arrested after a brief chase. Sheriff s deputies say a representative from duke energy contacted them, saying the home had been siphoning electricity, illegally. Deputies arrived and searched the home. Inside they say they found 74 Marijuana Plants and tools to cultivate pot. Right now duke energy is trying to figure out how much electricity may have been stolen. Stewart the woman charged with attacking a Brevard County deputy is out on bond and the man charged with helping her, remains behind bars. Wesh 2 s dan billow explains how the suspect may have swiped the patients debit and pin. Dan police say 25yearold jeremy kish is seen here going into a Convenience Store to withdraw money. And when he was through, police say, he d withdrawn close to 1300 at several atm s of a quadriplegic man s money, a man not capable of shopping for himself, who was forced to give his debit card to people he trusted. It started at the patient s apartment. Police say kish accompanied an inhome caregiver who was asked by the patient to buy some things. Police say kish managed to get the victim s pin. Michael pusatere at this point, we don was actually involved or not, but more than likely he was either provided the pin number, or overheard it. Dan on subsequent visits to the patient s apartment, police say kish would steal the debit card, and use it at a nearby circle k or walgreen s, and then return it. A bank atm s have cameras, but not all store atm s do. Police say the Convenience Store cameras, the stores, though, have surveillance cameras, and a detective spotted kish in those images. That confirmed those victims suspicions. But not before the victim lost 1267 he probably can t get back.
