Polk county deputies also arrested steven sanchez, who reportedly took the duct tape off. They say he witnessed the abuse and failed to report it. Also in polk county, investigators remain on the scene of yesterday s triplehomicide in lakeland. The bodies were found inside a home. The victims died of gunshot wounds and a stabbing.
