The bill also helps with Transitional Services to restart their life lifethe court says no, youre innocent and youre dropped on the street. Theres no healthcare compensation and youre just left out there. And so i think we have a responsibility to help folks like that out. But if a person is convicted of a felony before or after the Wrongful Conviction it would impact their ability to collect.
