Neighbor, megan hortmayer was in her kitchen when she was the fire break out. She recently moved to the neighborhood and knew kids were inside. She kicked open a door, and hel an elderly woman outside to safety. While firefighters never promote going into a burning home, hortmayer says she couldnt just watch from a distance.
