We are told the only exception is for shootings. Not clear at this point what sparked the violence. Also tonight, freight cars flipped on their sides, and a cleanup that could last all night. He hopes his Surveillance Video will help to catch them. Reporter two bold burglars caught on a Security Camera breaking into the Danny Wheelers apartment. One suspect gets in first and looks around, and then he lets his accomplice in through another window. Wheeler watching all of it happen after getting a motion sensor alert on his smart phone. I look down at the phone, and i saw that there was some sort of activity, and i clicked on the activity, and i saw there was a guy, like a snapshot of a picture of a guy in my apartment. Within 5 seconds it hit me, im being robbed. Reporter wheeler immediately called 911. I said i have video, and im watching someone in my apartment right now. I was able to give them the information immediately on the phone what they were wearing, what color shirt, everything.
