His Funeral Service will be held at the local high school where warmbier earned his diploma. He graduated second in his class there, just four years ago. This morning blue and white ribbons line Otto Warmbiers hometown. A somber sign today of a funeral for a young man remembered as kind. He was truly one of the nicest, most compassionate people ive known. As a vigil this week at the university of virginia, warmbiers girlfriend recalled his impact. Being with otto made life all the more beautiful, she said. And it was not just my life he made more colorful but everyone elses. Ottos Fraternity Brothers, otto was someone always looking out for other people. One of the Fraternity Brothers said, Everyone Needs a friend like otto. Warmbier died monday just days after he was carried off a plane in a coma after 17 months of imprisonment in north korea for allegedly stealing a poster. Warmbiers parents refused an autopsy despite his mysterious death. For the first time were hearing from a danish woman who traveled with warmbier. I do not think he did anything wrong, she says, besides being an american, being very young and looking good on pictures and in propaganda videos. White house sources say President Trump had an emotional response to warmbiers death. On tuesday trump blamed the Previous Administration. So you smoked 30 minutes ago and youre saying im not going to find any weed in this car. Sergeant madden is with the Colorado State patrol, which now makes almost a fifth of dui arrests for pot. Although marijuana is legal to possess and to use in the state of colorado, it is not legal to use marijuana to the point where you are intoxicated and drive a motor vehicle. A new study just out this morning from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety finds colorado has had 21 more crashes than its neighbor, utah, since colorado sparked the trend. A total of 38 states now allow medical marijuana in some form, 8 in washington, d. C. , permit recreational pot including oregon and Washington State where the study also found crashes are up. We see a in the risk of insurance claims in the states that legalized marijuana. We cant explain it by any other means. Reporter the Marijuana Policy project, which pushes to legalize pot acknowledges that states that made marijuana legal saw some increases in collision claims but adds there is no evidence that marijuana contributed to the accidents. With summer officially here, youre going to be spending a lot of time outside. You know what that means. You need to protect your self from harmful uchl v rays. Everything says spf, x, y, z, what should you look for. Greater than 30, broad spectrum, uva, uvb, coverage for wrinkles as well as skin cancer. You want to say water resistant. 40 to 80 is the most you can buy for that. Theres no such thing as a waterproof sunscreen anymore. Sometimes we have the right product but we still dongwhat a when were putting this stuff on. The biggest mistake is people forget to put on sunscreen. You need to apply it at least 2 ounces, which is a shot glass of sunscreen to cover your whole body. You want to apply 15 minutes before you go outside. You cannot do it one minute before you jump in the pool or youre already outside. You want to rub it in. If you dont rub it in, sunscreen is missing products. Were going to go down. Are these spray on . Spaces are really great because they are super convenient. The problem with spaces, when you spray them, you see it goes all over the place. Yeah. Then sometimes you miss areas. So you want to spray it but also my sort of personal favorite is to take a spray thats more of a lotion and spray it on and then rub it in so you can see where its been. I like it. Combination of these Spaces Together are great. People love them and they are super fun. This is a cool one ive not seen yet. Were going to show you, reveal, this is a new one. It is mousse. Suntan mousse lotion. Yeah, suntan mousses are really fun. You put them on. You rub them together, spread them on. They are not greasy. They disappear really easily. So you have a lot on there. We can take this and rub them off but they work really, really well. What im loving about all these products, they are products you can use on any part of your body. Okay. We have primers. You put it under your makeup. Apply a tinted moisturizer that has sunscreen on it so you dont need to apply makeup. Then fabulous new makeup setting spaces. You can spray these directly onto your face and apply your spf right over your makeup. They dont ruin it. The better part, these are fantastic, for a person starting to lose a little hair and dont want to ruin their hair, you can spray it straight into your hair. Feels like a hairspray but has spf in it. Lips are vulnerable. Theres a high risk for skin cancer. You cant just apply lipstick. You have to wear ones with spf. Which ones . They have spf, great colors, they have spf. Then also lip glosses they make, color science makes a fabulous one and has spf. If you put a lip gloss on your lips without spf its like y bu like they did in the old days. Not great. People complain sunscreen is hard to get rid of. If you feel a little greasy and want to get rid of it, use makeup removing oils. You rub them on and it dissolves. Use these cleansing facial wipes. It can make a huge difference. All you have to do is wear the right clothes. This clothing is actually specially designed to block out the sun. Made by lands end, other products, you dont have to wear sunscreen. If you wear a white tshirt youre only getting spf of 7 and you can burn easily. Great advice. As always, move over man cave. What i like to do, they are doing to want to float because they are so light. Take a plate, put it on top, press it down and thats going to keep it submerged until its soft like this. Im going to reserve the liquid because its got a ton of flavor. We might need it when were making that paste. This is where were going. Sugar, turn the blender on and blend it. Thats what its all about. They are Pretty Simple to prepare. Yes, just marinate it with salt, pepper. This is skirt steak, which is one of my favorite cuts. So favorful. On the grill. Key to flank stake, sirloin, is to carve it afterwards. It makes for a better presentation. Say cut it against the grain. Here is the grain. Really what they are saying is against the grain, thats against the grain. When you have aunt tilly over, you take it more edible so shes not struggling wit. Skirt steaks are beautiful. These indoor grills are great. I use them all the time. Chicken. Chicken is low and slow. I marinate chicken. So i like to marinate a chicken either two or three hours or overnight if i can. This is kind of a little thai inspired sauce marinade. Lime juice, soy sauce, some sugar, some fish sauce, a little hot pepper. We can season that with a little salt as well before it goes on. Im going to leave the skin on. This is a breast. I dont know why people take the skin off. Come on. Take it off before you eat it. Whatever. The skin selfbastes as it cooks. Thats why so good about it. Im a big thigh man. I like my thigh. I like your thighs, too. One thing ill say about indoor, i like to put a lid on chicken after i turned it over. Lets say we got there, we turned it over because its going to take time to cook. Almost becomes a convection oven. It does. Outdoor i might move to lower and slower part and put the lid down. Fish. Fish shouldnt be frightening to grill. Swordfish is popular, tuna, salmon popular on the grill. Those cuts great on the grill. How do you keep it from sticking. So with all of this, grilling is hot, fast cooking. So you have to have a hot grill. One of the key things is really a little bit of oil on the grill and a little bit of oil on the chance to you see how great that takes off . That is important. Fish sticks to the grill when its the wrong cut or the grill isnt hot enough. What about cleaning the hot grill but clean grill. One other thing about fish i like are these fish baskets.
