The only areas not in it are delaware through wilmington to trenton. Regardless, were talking cold starts depending where youre at, 30s versus 40s youll be seeing this morning. This morning, Philadelphia Police say a woman that walked in front of a Police Cruiser will be okay. Sky force 10 was over the scene at 10 30 as the woman was loaded into an ambulance. Investigators say she suffered only minor injuries. It will be an emotional weekend for family and friends of two teenagers killed in a crash on one of the deadliest roads in the region. Families are planning funerals for the teens killed in the crash yesterday. Police believe a driver ran a red light, hit an suv and smashed into a pole. We are told the driver was rushing to the hospital after his father was attacked. 16yearold maggie golaf and 19yearold usman zelnov died in the accident. Their friends gathered in north philadelphia. Really nice character to him. One of a kind. Lost a great friend, kind hearted kid, we all loved him, he was like family to us. The driver and woman in the suv had minor injuries. I95 is back to normal after two crashes on the same stretch that left traffic snarled. The two accidents happened in southbound lanes between woodhaven and academy roads. Several people are recovering from minor injuries. Now to an update on death of a teenage student at a philadelphia school. Heres what we know. The 17yearold was found with a stolen ipod thursday night in winfield heights at a school for students with behavioral needs. They were forced to restrain the teenager after he started fighting with them, he became unconscious and died. Police are waiting on autopsy results to determine what caused his death. Well, its official. New Jersey Drivers will soon be paying move at the pump. Yesterday governor Chris Christie signed a bill hiking the gas tax 23 cents a gallon. New jersey used to have one of the lowest gas taxes in the country. It will be the sixth highest tax. It goes into effect november 1st, will help to pay for transportation projects. Within days, we will find out if septa workers go on strike. It could effect going to the polls on election day. They plan to vote sunday. If they approve a strike, the walkout would begin november 1st. The union says if that happens, members would not return to work by november 8th, election day.
