A neighbor found a fiveyearold pitbull hanging on the fence yesterday. The pennsylvania spca says someone stole the job, two threemonthold puppies from the back yard of a home. A philadelphia woman accused of imprisoning several adults in her basement is expected to get a life sentence today. Linda weston pleaded guilty to murder and several other charges in exchange for that plea, prosecutors agreed not to seek the death penalty. In 2011, they found four disabled adults captive in the boiler room. Prosecutors say she kidnapped the victims, chained them up and kept collecting their disability payments.
