Happening today, signs will start going up warning residents who live in a restricted area, in that restricted area, to move their cars or they are going to be towed. What does this mean for you . If your car is parked in this area it has to be moved by the date you see there, or it will be towed. And the reason for that is the city says the vehicles have to be gone so the secure perimeter can be set up. The mayor talked about this last week but now you might be wondering what can you do if you have a car that has to be parked around here. You can buy a space in one of six Parking Authority garages, for the the papal weekend. Youll get a placard that will allow you to continue parking where you normally do until next thursday, and then you have to get it into that garage. They are charging 20 for that. Security of course it has been a big deal about this papal visit and some lawmakers say theres very good reason for that. He was trying to get help for a friend having car problems. Investigators say novak told his two friends he was going to get jumper cables, but then he never returned. The people in the car took novak to 13th and fair mount where he was shot in the hip. Were trying to find the people in that impala, were not sure if they are the owners or lent the car or maybe borrowed the car from somebody else or actually stole it. Right now there is a 42,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the owner or occupants of the blue chevy impala with new jersey tags.
