Were watching the vine street expressway now where closed east and westbound in between the schuylkill expressway and broad street. So this is the 11th street exit. So approaching broad street headed westbound in here where you can actually see some road blocks and signs where they are merging traffic over to the righthand side so they can get them off at the broad street exit. Two people are in Critical Condition after a shooting. The victims arrived at a Medical Center in a personal vehicle. Police say they were shot in the area of fifth and rockland but they are having trouble finding a crime scene there. Officers are combing the area for clues. Today this secret Service Agent will not be reporting for duty at the white house. Instead hell be reporting for court to face sexting charges. Police arrested Lee Robert Moore. He is accused of sexting with a detective he thought was a 14yearold girl. Matt delucia is the live in our tell us how police took him into custody. Reporter the agent admitted to using social media apps several times to quhat teen girls then one day a supposed teen was actually a Delaware State Police officer. Here is that picture, Lee Robert Moore now back in august delaware detectives posed as a 14yearold girl and got a message from agent moore on a cell phone app called kick. A complaint describes what happened next, that he wanted more and that he sent graphic pictures of himself, eventually asking to meet this young girl at a park. Heres the other part of this that has people talking. Moore was working at the white house at the time. Again, the secret Service Agent, he had a badge and a gun, often working security checkpoint there is but not anymore. He has been suspended. He has a court date later on this morning in dover and coming up at 5 00 the secret service as you know has said it needs to dealing with this. Well follow this as it develops. A judge sentenced a northeast philadelphia man to backtoback life prison sentences for the double murders of his kboyf and her young son. Carlos rivera was spared the Death Penalty in exchange for agreeing to a nonjury trial. During sentencing the judge used one word, evil. He was convicted of torturing and strangling her in her apartment. He stabbed her 12yearold son to death while he slept. He then set the apartment on fire to try to cover up the killings. A second emergency board will be set up today to investigate dispute between new Jersey Transit and its labor unions. President obama signed an executive order to create that panel. The union said the Contract Offer made to the first emergency board was quote utterly unacceptable. If the new board can bring about settlement congress can impose a new contract.
