Here is a picture of the suspect, he is oscar Rivera Herrera. He broke into the home at the apartments monday morning. He got into bed with a 6yearold girl allegedly and what that girls 11yearold brother did then, he woke up, saw the man in the bed, naked. He ran and got his parents. They called 911. The childrens stepfather held Rivera Herrera at knife point until police arrived. According to the affidavit he tried to get away, pleading kill me, kill me, or let me go. And the d. A. Says there is another factor in this case. He had in fact broken into the house some time earlier, nothing was taken and there was no damage done. If you recognize the guy call police. Family members of a man who was shot and killed in a crowded Grocery Store in philadelphia say the gunman could be the victims distant cousin. The victim was killed as he waited for an order inside the grocery yesterday morning. The gunman ran in and shot him. Then ran off. The bill has bipartisan support and won unanimous approval in the judiciary committee.
