Investigators tell us three men were all rushed to the hospital after someone stabbed him in the crescentville neighborhood overnight. George spencer is live just outside Einstein Medical Center where the victims are being treated. George . Reporter detectives have been inside all morning trying to talk to these victims and piece together exactly what happened. At this point weve confirmed not only was this a triple stabbing but the victims were robbed as well. Nbc 10s cameras were there on the scene in the 600 block of mayfair earlier today as investigators were really holding that scene. All of this happened shortly after 3 00 a. M. One of the victims, a 27yearold man, was stabbed in the neck. A 28yearold man was stabbed in both the chest and the back, and the injuries to the third victim arent clear. These victims say they do not know just exactly how much cash was stolen from them. They were all three of them rushed here to Einstein Medical Center where theyre now in stable condition at this point. So far detectives are saying they are less than cooperative as they try to investigate. Investigators are looking for at least two people involved in this stabbing and robbery last seen just running away from that scene. Were live at Einstein Medical Center. Today lawyers will be working at the Montgomery County courthouse but the jury will not be present. This comes after the prosecution rested its case yesterday. Cosby waved to supporters and fans as he left the courthouse in norristown. Prosecutors used the comedians open words from Previous Police statements and depositions to bolster their claims that he drugged and sexually assaulted Andrea Constand in 2004. Cosby told lawyers the two had a consensual relationship. The prosecution says it was anything but that. A spokesman for cosby tells us theres a chance the comedian could take the stand next week. Nothing is ever off the table when youre in a trial of this magnitude. You have to look at all your options so were weighing every option. Reporter t the jury will be back in the courtroom on monday. Here is what happened. It was just before midnight. Septa says the woman fell from the platform and got trapped beneath the train. An investigation into the accident continues. Pennsylvania state police tell us careless driving led to a mans death in langhorn, bucks county. Police say the man was speeding on i95 and tried to pass a tractortrailer on the shoulder. The car hit a sign and flipped over. The driver was not wearing a seat belt. This morning one family is outraged. Another is shaken after fi Philadelphia Police shoot and kill a man who appears to be running away from an officer. Nbc 10 obtained this video. Police are looking at it as well to determine whether an officer followed Department Protocol after shooting a man in the back. The officer stopped the man for riding his dirt bike erratically on thursday. During a patdown the officer discovered the man had a loaded gun. Police say after each went for their weapons, the officer opened fire just feet from where a father and his children were sitting inside the officers patrol car. From a constitutional standpoint theres nothing that says you cant shoot at a fleeing suspect. Im talking about departmental issues just so clear. You probably would be best served as a Police Officer to call another unit to engage in the situation. That was a former Police Officer and security expert, by the way. Now the father sitting inside the police car was a witness to an unrelated crime. Thats why he was with the officer in the first place to report it. The familiar lip of the dirt bike rider is calling for justice. Another call for justice, a l d leading senator is calling for an investigation into possible obstruction of justice by president donald trump. Senator Dianne Feinstein of california is the Ranking Member of the Intelligence Committee who heard testimony from former fbi director james comey on thursday. Yesterday senator feinstein sent a letter to the ju dish ary committee calling on that panel to look into possible obstruction by the president linked to his firing of comey. President trump and his supporters say that comeys testimony totally and completely vindicates the president. Mr. Trump also says he is 100 willing to testify under oath to disprove what comey said about him on capitol hill. The president denies that he asked comey for loyalty pledge during their oneonone meeting this year. At the white house yesterday mr. Trump insisted that comey lied during parts of his testimony to the senate committee. James comey confirmed a lot of what you i said. And some of the things that he said just werent true. The president s personal lawyer says he plans to file a complaint against comey for leaking those conversations with the president. 8 08 right now on this saturday. Some of the other stories making headlines. A suspended fiphiladelphia poli officer will soon be out of a job after investigators say she ended up on the wrong side of the law. Officer williams was off duty when she pulled a gun and letened others at a bar in logan in january. Williams is facing charges and making terroristic threats. They plan to dismiss her by next month. Lets head now to morrisville, bucks county, where four teens will be charged as juveniles in connection with this house fire that was started by a fire work. One adult, abraham kata, has been charged with arson in the case. Flames ripped through the house last saturday. Police say the suspect stole fireworks from a nearby food market.
