It happened inside an apartment on willows avenue near cobbs creek parkway. Investigators say the baby had head injuries but dont know how he got there. Well touch base with our reporter shortly. A bus company meanwhile took nearly 12 hours to help stranded victims of an Early Morning crash in Gloucester County today. A charter bus hit by a tractor trailer on the new jersey turnpike. Victims taken to hospitals across the area. The crash happened around 12 45 this morning. It wasnt until after 11 30 a. M. That the company told victims another bus was coming to pick them up. Nobodys doing nothing. Reporter when you say nobody, you mean the bus company . Doing nothing. I called the police. They cant do nothing. Nobodys doing nothing for us. Were out here stranded. People who werent hurt were picked up by another bus to continue their trip south. And releasing a preliminary report in ten days about the deadly Helicopter Crash in delaware. New jersey pilot mike murphy died in that crash. The only one on board when the medical helicopter went down during a Training Exercise yesterday. Murphy flew for penn hospital and was actually our backup pilot in sky 10. He had more than a decade experience. Loved by all those who knew him. Excellent pilot. Knowledgeable. Meticulous. For murphs family, wife and kids. They have a big support group. Mike murphy was 37 years old, he has a wife and 2yearold with another child on the way. Breaking news in philadelphia. Now prosecutors dropped the charges saying Surveillance Video allegedly supported his alibi and gone and recently learned a 34569er key was sold to a man who robbed self of the apartments. A judge is deciding if the husband of a murdered new jersey radio host must hand over his dna. An Atlantic County prosecutor made the request in court today. Dr. James kauffman, they want him to submit a dna sample and are taking a new look at the case after five years. Now, April Kauffman was found shot to death in her linwood home. Her husband denies any involvement in her death. A blood sample from the scene included dna from more than one person. That is one reason why the state would like to get the dna sample from mr. Kauffman is to either exclude or include him in that blood sample. Coffmans lawyer tells us his client has fumy cooperated with authorities and its time to move on. The judge will make a decision on tuesday. Lawyers say Jared Kushner will cooperate with federal investigators. They say if asked, the president s soninlaw will cooperate with fbi investigators over what he knows about ties between russia and the trump campaign. Reporter you cant miss the sign for discount City Furniture in bella vista, but the store is no more. What remains is furniture that customers say they paid for. But never got. We went to the store after two viewers reach pd out to us saying they were out of hundreds of dollars with no furniture to show for it. Some of the items are marked sold. All of them sitting here collecting dust. When they come here, generally frustrated. Reporter Patrick Morton rents the space that was once the Furniture Store and tells us the store closed after the owner died, and his wife couldnt keep it running. Now dozens of customers have shown up trying to collect what they paid for. You can feel for them, because they put the money down and had their investment. The officers were trying to get to a shooting scene when they were hit by a car. You can see them right there on their stretchers. Good evening. Im jacqueline london.
