Now we do expect the Lehigh Valley and berks county to have the lowest temperatures and the best chance for snow and the longest period of snow from 5 00 a. M. And 10 00 a. M. , thats when its most likely, because of some kind of a problem, maybe a little bit of accumulation on grassy services, it does not have the potential to be a big storm or long lasting thing. Low visibility could create some travel issues too and could also stick to some intreated surfaces.
