Residents say early this morning and they were trying to figure out what was going on with the water. There was low water pressure flooding in a basement, in another moment, they were literally watching the ground collapse before their eyes. Jackhammers vibrate the home into the evening. Crews from philadelphias Water Department try to fix a water main break that led to a sink hole. We noticed the Water Department coming up the street. Two guys got out and they were walking around, and i saw my wife go to the door and see whats going on. She opened the door and two cars fell in the sink hole. Reporter without notice, the ground collapsed. Just opened up. Reporter it was steves pictures on Appanoose County alerted neighbors. Happening right outside their door. I saw it i was like oh my god, thats kind of silly. Then mary said thats your car. Reporter thats bennetts subaru teetering. The other car fell completely in. Im a student, i dont have too much income. And i rely on my car for the small jobs that i do get. Reporter a broken sewer and not the weather likely caused this water main to break according to to the Water Department. I have no water. So thats an issue. Find somewhere to get a shower tonight. Reporter and half the street doesnt have gas meaning no heat on a cold night. Bennett may not have his car, but he has a good attitude about it. We have our health. And home and job. So it could be worse. Reporter and as you can see and as you can see, theres still a lot more work that needs to be done. New at 11 00, scary moments on a new Jersey Transit train tonight. A fire started in the engine compartment of a riverline train around 6 30. Train made it to the florence station where firefighters put out that fire. About 40 Passengers Evacuated safely. Mj transit was delayed tonight, but expects things to be back to normal for the morning rush. Well local mother is under arrest tonight charged in connection with the murder of her 14yearold adopted daughter. And she is not the only suspect. Sarah paccer said nothing as she walked into the county courthouse today. 14yearold grace packer was killed in a rapemurder fantasy carried out by sarah packer and her boyfriend jacob sullivan. The bucks county da says sullivan confessed to beating, raping, and drugging the girl while her mother watched and then he strangled the girl. Her body was dismembered. The question is how could any mother do this to her child . To their child . I dont have an answer. The teens body was found late last year. Coming up in the next half hour. Neighbors who lived near the couple react to todays arrest. Also new at 11 00, an argument over where an uber passenger wanted to go is now at center of a new lawsuit. South jersey man says the driver beat him up. And we are joined with the assault lawsuit, drew. According to this lawsuit, the uber driver had no plans to cross the ben franklin bridge from philly into Camden County and when the rider stayed persistent, he claims he was dragged out of the car and knocked out. Reporter banged up and in the hospital, this picture shows joseph, whose Attorney Says his client lost teeth, suffered broken bones, and surgery, all after trying to get a ride home late last month. He was doing the responsible thing. He planned to have a ride home after consuming alcohol. Reporter lawyer Matthew Luber is representing the cherry hill man in this lawsuit which claims this all began with him hailing an uber near a university city. The driver said, im not going to new jersey. Reporter he claims he asked again for the ride across the river, and thats how he ended up like this. After an alleged assault which university of Pennsylvania Police are investigating. The uber driver continued to stomp and kick him in the face while he was unconscience. Reporter left on the sidewalk, the driver took off and still charged him for a 20 minute ride. Which uber has since refunded. We contacted uber which declined a formal statement, but we do know the company removed the driver from the app and is cooperating with the investigation. Still, not good enough for his attorney. Uber had promised him a safe ride home, and they failed to deliver, big time. Reporter so far, no word on possible charges for that driver. The Attorney Says he is fortunate to be alive and thanks the people on the streets for calling 911. Denise. Thanks, drew. New chilling Surveillance Video shows the beginning of fridays deadly shooting at ft. Lauderdales airport. Now in this video from tmz, you see the gunman approach from the left side of the screen, casually pull out a gun and begin shooting. The video shows people around him stunned and running for cover. Five people were killed, six others wounded. 26yearold Esteban Santiago is charged in the attack. Investigators say he had a handgun in his checked baggage. Santiago is scheduled to be in court tomorrow. The 26yearold is facing federal charges that carry a possible death sentence. Santiago is an iraq war veteran. He told investigators he had planned the attack. Santiago was born in new jersey, but lived in alaska. A former penn professor who killed his wife a decade ago is out of prison and a free man tonight. Rafael rob was released from prison today. He was behind bars for beating his wife ellen to death as she wrapped krems gifts in 2006. The patrol is part of the plea griemt and he still faces ten years probation. Its not clear if he plans to return to the home where the murder happened. His wifes family is planning a gathering there tomorrow advocating for Domestic Violence victim. To lehi valley now where a fire broke out. You can see that smoke pouring from the rooftop on the building on the 2000 block of vine street. Crews had the fire under control in about a half hour.
