Not much warmer at 9 00. The winds will blow a few scattered clouds through the area like yesterday. But the temperatures will slowly climb into the low 40s by lunchtime. Also im just getting word of a disabled vehicle on king of prussia on north gulph road and king of prussia an accident there. Your area bridges look good. Taking a look at mass transit, new jersey transit, amtrak and Regional Rail at septa all looking good. Were following a Major Development in atlantic city. All in. There say deal on the table now to save the trump taj mahal casino. It was scheduled to close on saturday which would put 3,000 people out of work. Nbc10s jesse gary is live for us in atlantic city. Jesse, you told us the union gave its blessing to the deal. The question is what did the union have to give up . Reporter its lone concession is that carl icahn will pay a pension benefit to a plan only tied to the taj and perhaps the tropicana. The billionaire will own both casinos. Its a deal that saved 3,000 job us on the other side of the coin, carl icahn agreed to Union Demands to restore all work rules. But the New York Post hell get 150 million in tax breaks in the state. Icahn will swap deep debt on the taj and 100 million in cash for ownership so the cash infusion will keep the doors from closing as they were scheduled to do this saturday.
