First one is this. A man is in Critical Condition after being shot in philadelphia. This happened just after 11 00 last night in west oak lane. When Police Arrived they found shell casings scattered along the street and thats not all. They found the 25yearold man who was hiding under a parked vehicle. He was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was shot once in each thigh and also shot once in his right arm. Officers actually rushed the victim to the hospital. No word on his condition now. Police say, actually, there is word on his condition. Police say he is expected to survive. A warning to anyone who shops at acme this morning. The Grocery Store is the victim of the latest data breach putting customers personal information potentially at risk. Heres what we know. Acmes Parent Company says credit and debit card information may have been stolen. The most recent happened between august and september. At some acme stores in the tristate region and beyond. Officials say malware collected debit and credit card numbers and expiration dates and the names of card holders at stores in more than a dozen states. In response to the breach, executives released the following statement. If you used your credit or debit card in a potentially affected store between june 22nd and july 17th and or july 27th and september 21st, you should monitor your credit and debit account and promptly contact the bank that issued your payment card. This Morning Police say they have a person of interest in that case and also wanted in connection with the killing of another man. Philadelphia Police Investigators believe Markese Martin a suspect in the restaurant shooting may have been trying to shoot his accomplice who was with his pregnant girlfriend at the time. We have video of that shooting that happened last tuesday night. Kord rozier was shot several times while sitting in his car with his girlfriend who were eight months pregnant. She and her unborn baby girl were killed. He was arrested for his involvement in the shooting at popeyes that happened a day earlier. They believe Markese Martin wanted to eliminate potential witnesses when rozier considered turning himself in for that murder. Spoken to homicide detectives who say Markese Martin is still out on the run and he is considered armed and dangerous. If you have any information, call police. Autopsies are planned for today to determine what caused the deaths of cooper hospital ceo John Sheridan and his wife, joyce. The couple could not escape a fire at their Somerset County home. There is a Court Hearing later today for the three people charged in the beating of a gay couple in philadelphia. Kevin harrigan, Philip Williams and catherine knot are charged with aggravated assault and conspiracy for the attack in center city on september 11th. Police say the three are on this Surveillance Video that was taken just moments from the assault. They are accused of asking the victims of their Sexual Orientation and then punching them and beating them leaving one man with a broken jaw. The fight was mutual and not motivated by Sexual Orientation. A rally is set in bucks county in response to that attack of the gay couple in center city. The three suspects are all from bucks county. The love over hate rally will happen at the county courthouse in doylestown tomorrow at 5 00 p. M. The auction for revel casino is scheduled to resume at a new york law office. Crews spent much of yesterday afternoon near a camp site in monroe county. Police say thats where the fbi found a checkbook with freins name on it. Frein is wanted for shooting two Pennsylvania State troopers. They also reportedly found ammo for a. 308 caliber gun. A Philadelphia Police officer is the subject of an internal Affairs Investigation accused of attacking his partner and sources tell us the two were having an affair. The incident happened on friday, not far from the 18th district headquarters in west philly where both officers work. We are told an argument between the officers turned into a fight. The female officer had facial injuries, including fractures and bruising. Any time you have any situation like this is very serious and the department looks at it in a very serious way. Its not something that is taken lightly whether its domestic in nature or not. Internal affairs is conducting interviews and the accused officer is on desk duty until the investigation is complete. Today a trial is scheduled to begin for this man, christopher segel. A norristown man who is accused of running over a Police Officers foot and dragging him from his vehicle during a traffic stop. He refused to get out of his vehicle during that stop two years ago. They say he sped off and dragged the officer for about a block. He later turned himself in. This investigation was going on for a little while now. This area here, stevenson avenue has been taped off for the time being. You can see some of those officers over there in the middle of the street and over to the right side of the street. Weve seen a lot of the activity there within the past few minutes. So, the investigation is unfolding as we speak, as we mentioned, offduty officer is involved. That is the only thing we have been able to confirm right now. We have been making some phone calls to get additional information. Again, this is still very early on. The circumstances of this shooting, still unclear for the moment. We have new details this morning about the extent of that recent Security Breach inside the white house. Nbc news confirms that Omar Gonzalez jumped the fence at the white house, ran across the north lawn and burst into an unlocked front door. He overpowered a secret Service Officer and then ran into the east room before an agent tackled him. Secret service said he got no further than the front door. Something needs to be done and something needs to be done drastically. Its also clear that they need to have a come to jesus moment. The director of the secret service is set to testify at a congressional hearing today on White House Security and secret service procedure. 5 17 now.
