This is exclusive video from skyforce 10 last night as the two suspects exited an suv with their hands in the air and surrendered to police here in camden. Police say around 10 30 last night in westville, in gloucester, the pair was involved in a shooting of a man in his stomach in the 700 block of broadway. An officer spotted this suv leaving the scene and that led to a highspeed chase through parts of gloucester and camden counties. The suv zigzagged through traffic on side streets before crashing near 10th street in camden. The Gloucester County Prosecutors Office is the lead investigator in this investigation. Happening today, the son of abortion dr. Kermit gosnell is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on burglary charges. Baron alexander tried to break into a home in West Philadelphia earlier this month and was shot several times during that incident. His father, Kermit Gosnell is serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole. A jury found him guilty of killing three babies, aml born alive at his philadelphia abortion clinic. The City School District will now turn to its labor unions in harrisburg for emergency funding. At its meeting last night, School District leaders praised the lastminute plan from city council to borrow 30 million for the Public Schools, thats in addition to 27 million in planned borrowing and a portion of the citys sales tax income. The district wants a total of 96 million by the end of the month. City has now given us everything that we asked for in our initial request. The district plans to push state leaders for a cigarette tax that could raise up to 45 million. It also wants to save millions more by getting concessions from the teachers union. The owners of a financially troubled revel casino in Atlantic City have filed for bankruptcy for a second time in more than a year. The owners say they could close as early as august if they dont find a buyer. Yesterday employees got letters warning them that the casino may have to shut down. Most were pretty afraid to talk on camera. Worried about losing your job . Oh, absolutely, yes, very worried. What are they telling you. Theres a good possibility if they dont find a buyer that well all be out of work. Were all very concerned. A 16yearold girl faces charges after police say she attacked another 16yearold girl. The stabbing happened yesterday on a school bus just after classes were dismissed. Detectives say the alleged attacker used a box cutter or perhaps a razor. The victim is recovering from what police tell us are nonlifethreatening injuries. Reporter tracy, we arrived on the scene around 20 minutes ago. We did speak to a police lieutenant. Heres what he told us, the fire call came in just after 3 30 this morning in the 1400 block of ferry. We were diverted around to mechanic when we arrived on the scene. All traffic heading into this area should take precautions because the fire trucks are here. You can see there are two ladder trucks in operation. The fire lieutenant also confirmed for us that theres a partial building collapse. But he said so far, no one has been injured. The amphitheater was put on lockdown for a while. So far, no arrests. President obama will send his top diplomat to iraq. The president outlined his policy during a White House Briefing yesterday. He said up to 300 military advisers will be heading to iraq to help iraqi forces tighten security. The president added the move would not lead to american combat troops returning to iraq. As for diplomacy, secretary of state john kerry will leave this weekend for europe and the middle east. Kerry will be looking for support from u. S. Allies. During his visit to iraq, kerrys expected to press shiitebased government there to share more power with the sunnis who are behind the ongoing insurgency. The sunni militants are battling iraqi forces at the site of iraqs largest oil refinery. Iraq is the number two oil producer in opec. Analysts say the battle could affect gas prices here at home. The driver of the car he hit was cited for making an illegal left turn and the motorcyclist is cited for not wearing his helmet. New information about a house explosion in colorado. A body was found in the rubble late last night. It sparked a fire and blew out neighbors windows. Cadaver dogs picked up a scent in the rubble. So far we dont know what caused that explosion. Meantime, out of texas, firefighters in houston took more than an hour to get this apartment complex under control. You can see the flames and heavy smoke. 16 apartments were destroyed or damaged but no one was hurt. It was a Lightning Strike that caused three house fires in minnesota. The bolt hit a tree that went down into a gas line, triggered a fire. The blaze then followed the gas line to the three homes.
