Police say grafton was alone with the child for a significant period of time on tuesday. They say it was late in the afternoon when he brought the boy to the Doctors Office where his mother worked and cpr was performed. We went by the apartment where police say all of this happened. There was no answer at the door. We also went to the Doctors Office just downstairs from that apartment. No one was there. The sign on the door says the office is closed on wednesday. The complaint says the boy was in the bathtub for an hour unattended with his face down put bethey also point to numerous bruises on the body. An autopsy is scheduled to be performed. Weve been telling you for months now about keystone quality transport. Three state agencies have launched investigations into their operation. Now criminal charges have been filed. Harry hairston is here with new developments. Reporter a few hours we got our hands on this criminal complaint. Its an arrest warrant for the companys fleet manager. Keystone quality transports fleet manager with more than 400 counts of attempting with records according to Court Records while certifying 139 vehicles as having passed Safety Inspection when in fact they did not meet inspection standards as set forth by penndot. And were not roadworthy. Court records also show the managers inspection license expired prior to many of the inspections being recorded. As we first reported penndot suspended their license to inspect vehicles for three years. We reached out to the attorney for keystone and fleet manager. He says, quote we believe the charges to be a mistake and will be cleared up when appropriate authorities look into it. Thank you harry. The parents of the baby attacked by ferrets in Delaware County must undergo psychiatric evaluations over the next month. And on this Street Police say a young boy was grabbed on his way to school. The child ran away but was able to give this suspect description to police. Were looking at common denominators. Police are now trying to connect the dots. My investigator is looking for footage right now. Were hoping to find something on that footage. Ger jer main wright was 18 years old when he confessed to killing a Liquor Store Clerk in 1991 after spending more than 20 years in prison a superior court judge overturned his conviction saying for various legal reasons his confession video should not have been used against him. Well now attorney general matt den is working to get him a new murder trial. We disagree with the judges decision and we appealed the judges decision and were hopeful that appeal will be heard as quickly as possible. Police say trenton officers had to open fire on a man to defend themselves this morning. Detectives say a suspect tried to hit an officer with his car. Police ended up shooting 23yearold jeremiah sanchez. Dash cam video will soon be entered into evidence against the arresting officer. Joseph bone ventura is accused of falsifying records and abusing his official duty as a Police Officer during the traffic stop of assemblyman paul moriarty. Moriarty testified he did not drink that day and obeyed all traffic charges. The officer faces 18 months to ten years if hes found guilty. He says have you been drinking . I said no. He said i smell something on you. Moriarty is a former Washington Township mayor who oversaw Police Contract negotiations. The trial is expected to last two weeks. Back to breaking news in upper darby county. Police say the thief is dead after the victim he was trying to rob shot him. Nefertiti is live with the story. What are you hearing from police . Reporter we know the victim is in the hospital complaining of chest pain. He shot the thieves trying to rob him in cobbs creek park. Detectives say a 68yearold man was walking along a trail when a masked man with a gun and stick ran up behind him and demanded money. Police say the suspect pulled out a gun and put it in the victims face. That is when the victim, whos licensed to carry, pulled out his own gun and shot the suspect in the head. Tonight the Police Confirmed the gun used by the suspect was a pellet gun. Superintendent chitwood says hes sad anyone has to die, he says the robber messed with the wrong guy. I personally spoke with him. He was very upset this incident happened. But at the end of the day, i dont see any criminal charges whatsoever.
