I spoke with the sunoco employees that were there but didnt leave the store. One of the women were screaming, look at my childs face he did this to my childs face. So i believe that he had hit him and they came to approach him about hurting a child. The women arrested are facing chaurjtz charges including attempted murder. A woman who worked for years for the Delaware County District Attorneys Office is now facing criminal charges herself. Prosecutors say financial administrator mary lynch stole at least 100,000. After all, this was a trusted employee in this courthouse who had climbed through the ranks, but tonight she is facing seven pages of felony charges from theft to forgery. Mary lynch worked in the Delaware County d. A. s office for 29 years, but now her longtime bosses have discovered her alleged theft. At least 100,000 just over the past two years, much of it cash seized by police in drug raids. This is the case of betrayal. This is a case where you have a trusted employee. So trusted the d. A. Says she even fooled the auditors who checked her books. As financial administrator, lynch deposited forfeited funds from Police Departments countywide but over the years she allegedly developed something of a ponzi scheme with a petty cash account that allowed her to skim untold thousands by falsifying documents and even forging a judges signature. But its unclear as we speak today as to how long she had been doing this. Reporter lynch did not answer the door at her ridley township home tonight. Investigators say they found 62,000 in cash here. But even more of the stolen money they believe was spent on tickets. 600 front row seats for the flyers, plus tickets for an upcoming taylor swift concert and two different bob dylan events. You talked to paula brown as she left her lockout . Reporter she has left but says she will be back monday morning. Here in the tiny borough of colwyn they owe 1 million in unpaid bills. The Council Voting to get rid of the manager but she protested, locking herself inside the office saying that firing was illegal. For almost 24 hours, paula brown never left the borough hall. Despite being fired, she had food delivered to her Office Window and kept working after being told to get out. They have to go to court to do that so they have to get an injunction. Reporter but by close of business friday elected officials went in. They convinced her to come out but that doesnt mean her protest is over. One woman died another was hurt and a firefighter was treated for burns. The red cross is helping displaced families tonight. The concern over a possible fire at the revel casino leads to big fines for the new owner. Theres no power in the building and thats a safety violation. Atlantic city fined glen straub 10,000 today and 5,000 each day theres no power. He could not come to an agreement to pay the power supplier. Smoke alarms sprinklers are not working without electricity and firefighters say that could make any fire a big disaster. It would be an extreme difficult position for fire crews to go in to even locate and confine this area of fire. A representative for revels owner says the plan is to bring in generators but theres no timetable for when that may happen. A show of solidarity today in vineland. Its now been ten days since philip white died shortly after this altercation with police. Today vinelands religious leaders called on people of all faiths to come together to pray for police and prosecutors investigating the crime. A california sheriff today put ten deputies on paid leave after this Violent Arrest we showed you last night. The deputies stunned a suspected horse thief with a taser, then punched and kicked him. A news helicopter from our sister station in los angeles recorded it all. The sheriff is asking for the publics patience now as the department decides whether to charge the deputies. The fbi is also investigating. More trouble tonight for the former South Carolina Police Officer seen here shooting and killing an unarmed black man. A man filed a lawsuit today claiming officer Michael Slager used a stun gun on him last august, even though he was cooperating. Slager is charged with killing walter scott last saturday. The North Charleston Police Department fired him after the video surfaced showing him shooting scott in the back several times. Scott will be laid to rest tomorrow. Prosecutors will not try a philadelphia priest on child sex charges for a third time but its unlikely father Andrew Mccormick will return to a parish. The priest was accused of molesting an 11yearold altar boy in 1997 at Sacred Heart Parish in bridesburg. In two different trials neither jury could reach a verdict. There are now eight confirmed cases of whooping cough in the radnor School District. Several are at the high school. A middle School Student also had whooping cough in february. Its designed to let state officials know how many kids are immunized against contagious diseases like whooping cough, but some of the data is wrong and wasnt being verified. This deadly twister that touched down here yesterday may have had winds of nearly 200 miles per hour. Authorities found the body of a second woman along with the damage today.
