But as you said overnight, police have gathered one key piece of evidence that could have signs of who is responsible. Take a look. The temple student was riding her bike near campus yesterday. You can see the windshield is cracked. Side damage as well. Police found the stranded car overnight in north philadelphia but they are still looking for the people inside and the driver. As you can see its a silver mitsubishi, and the driver actually stopped after hitting the student and took off leaving her on ground. But shes now on life support. Three teenagers were in the car. We have new information on a standoff in Delaware County that unfolded last night. Police tell us they now have a suspect in custody. Just before 8 00 last night, Police Responded to a report a possibly armed person in Upper Providence township. After several hours Police Arrested a man but they havent told us his name any charges or what led to the standoff. Skyforce 10 was at a motorcycle accident before 10 00 last night. We just checked, the rider is in critical condition. Happening today, a judge will sentence an Atlantic County man for causing a crash that killed a 9yearold boy. I jury convicted him when he was driving drunk when he slammed hisyogv suv into a car, the crash killed ryan shyler and left his friend paralyzed from the waist down. Police were able to clear the streets of baltimore on the second night of a curfew. Officers arrested 16 people during peaceful protests and marches leading up to the 10 00 p. M. Curfew. A few minutes after the curfew only a few people remained on the scene. Protesters took the streets in other cities including denver where Police Arrested nine people. The books author Mike Berenstain said he spent hours with staff at the hospital. The berenstain bears book was created by Mike Berenstains parents who both grew up in the philadelphia area. New details this morning about a pilot accused of intentionally crashing a plane in the french alps. Newly revealed records that reveal unsettles investigations from the mans past. And a manpower problem thats creating concern in a community. At 4 25 we have this new information in the germanwings crash investigation. Five years ago, the faa questioned the health of a copilot who is believed to deliberately crashing that plane kill 100 people and himself. The faa posted that Information Online in reaction to a freedom of information act request. They found in 2010 Andreas Lubitz submitted a medical form. The faa did not grant a license until he provided letters from his doctors saying he recovered. And it was a lighted drone. It appears to be maybe 107 feet above us. In dallas investigators are looking for a person who flew a drone a little too close to a plane coming in for a landing. Approaching the runway in controlled airspace when pilots say it narrowly missed the airbus. Experts say drones can do significant damage to planes. We already know what birds do to them. Its illegal to fly them within 500 feet of an airplane. Businesses are concerned over staff for the cape may fire department. The city has had four fulltime paid firefighters per shift for the past few years. But the fire chief says this issue has become a crisis now because of a dwindling number of volunteer firefighters.
