Crews will be taking it down in the northbound lanes will close. Massdot is urging drivers to avoid the area tomorrow because both the north and southbound lanes will be closed. They say the bypass roads just cant handle the amount of normal traffic. During the weekend were 5,000 vehicles per hour. Our bypass road that will take you around the construction site will be able to handle about 4,000 vehicles. Police were called to the brewers marina in ports mouth when someone saw oil on the surface. A diver found the car and body which had been submerged for some time. The person has not been identified but description of one driven by a 21yearold who has been missing since february. A mother of a student who died of a Drug Overdose has filed a lawsuit against the university. She says umass police knew her son was on drugs but didnt tell her. Instead she says police used her son as a confidential informant. She is also suing a Campus Police officer. A northeastern student is suing the school saying they after a Sexual Assault. Morgan healthman says in 2013 she was drinking at a party at a resident advisors apartment. A male student offered to bring her home, but instead he brought her to his room and sexually assaulted her. Two days later, healthman reported the case to school officials. The northeastern conduct board found that the male student didnt violate the schools conduct code and they rejected her demands to move him out of her dorm. The expectation is when you drink that youll get hungover the next kay and day and maybe wake up with a groggy head. You dont expect to be sexually assaulted if that does happen, you know, the school will take care of it. Healthman says she still sees her alleged attacker on campus. She decided to stay at the school to work on issues of campus violence. Northeastern released a statement saying they have not seen the lawsuit but safety of students is its top priority.
