He calls his actions the dumbest decision hes ever made in his life and pleaded guilty to firstdegree murder. Im glad he admitted and pled guilty. That made me feel good. He could be sends up to 40 years when he is sentenced. A doctor was fired after recording his patients. Nikita levy committed suicide 10 days after he was fired. They are going over an extensive amount of evidence to help identify victims and clues. Instructor william kern was trying to scare off trainees from peeking through a window but used his regular weapon. A review of the use of guns is now under way. We have had a major breakdown in our systems and were looking to correct them to ensure our employees are safe. Joe smith will be the new director of training for the academy. Now his defense team is asking for a new trial. Lawyers argue misconduct on the part of the prosecution. Much of the apartment centering around the states main witness, james mccray. Mccray testified that johnson admitted to raping barnes. They said prosecutors made improper statements to the jury and tried to bolster mccrays credibility. Some details have not been released to the media. Johnsons attorney said the jury was influenced to believe his testimony. Gregg bernstein says johnsons motion was not unexpected. A baltimore jury has convicted a man that prosecutors say repeatedly raped a girl. This happen back in october of 2011. The young girl was walking when she was pulled into an abandoned house and attacked. The man faces six life terms plus 25 years when he is sentenced in may. There was a drug raid. Police retrieved three handguns and 6000 rounds of ammunition. More than 40,000 worth of marijuana was recovered. Two people face a long list of charges. The house of delegates is poised to vote on a bill regarding pit bulls and their owners. It would ease the responsibility of landlords that keep pit bull. It is an effort for owners to keep their dogs. The house of delegates is scheduled to vote on the bill tomorrow. Gas prices are on the rise. Mike miller is expected to have a tough time selling his gas tax proposal today.
