Reporter citizens of Washington State are waking up to bad news and need to be on the look ute. These men are violent and possibly unstable. One of them described by a judge as, quote, scary. A massive manhunt under way for these two men who escaped overnight from a Washington State mental hospital. Police describe the men as dangerous, both deemed mentally incompetent to stand trial. Because of the crimes they committed theyre both, you know, assumed to be dangerous to others. Adams and Anthony Garber were last seen at 6 p. M. In the hospitals dining room. Officials believe they escaped through a loose window in their room. Garber is accused of stabbing a woman 24 times before slashing her throat. This surveillance camera at a mcdonalds caught her with the woman just days before her violent death. She can be seen buying him breakfast. The judge in his murder trial described him as scary to say the least. Adams was receiving treatment in connection with a 2014 Domestic Violence charge. Police warn anyone who sees the men to keep their distance and not engage them. We wouldnt want anyone to compromise their safety for these two guys. He wants to change the rules so he doesnt have to get a majority. If we get to a convention and no ill come in with a ton of delegates. Hell come in with a ton of delegates and itll be up to the delegates to decide who will get the majority. Very different here from wisconsin. You know, you saw that protester when he came in saying we dont want someone antiimmigrant there. If youre an antiimmigrant, youre not welcome here. You know both you and donald trump are in a deep hole right now with latinos. How do you turn it around . This meeting there was one loudmouthed protester. The officer saying she tried to kick him but this morning the student saying no. This video is hard to watch. This video of a San Antonio School student to the ground causing outrage. Watch again. The video shows rhodes middle School Officer joshua kehm. He picks her up and throws her face down. Are you okay . Reporter this morning that officer is under investigation for using Excessive Force after the video taken in march was posted to youtube this feet. She landed on her face . Right here it was a bigger bump the first day but i mean it got down, but its still bruised. Reporter with a bruise still visible over her eye valdez admits she was arguing with another female student, but says thats it. I was upset. I was angry. I still couldnt believe that he had done that to her and then she told me, mom, i wasnt fighting. Why did he do that . Excessive force in this district but i can also say that we need to find out all the details as to what occurred. The video is very concerning. She is my daughter and i just want justice for her. He was placed on administrator leave pending the outcome of the investigation and still a lot of questions about what was going on before that video was shot. That is still so hard to watch. Linsey davis has the latest. Reporter Brenda Delgado is the only woman on the fbis ten most wanted list. Theyve arrested two people believed to be involved, the alleged hit man and getaway driver and theyre working with authorities in mexico to try to capture delgado. This morning, Brenda Delgado, a woman depicted by police as a lover scorned is now in on the fbis ten most wanted list believed to be armed and dangerous and on the run. Accused of masterminding the murder of her exboyfriends girlfriend dallas dentist dr. Kendra hatcher. Delgados addition to the list underscores the violent and calculated nature of the crime shes accused of committing. Reporter hatchers family was in tears wednesday listening as the fbi offered 100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the 33yearold. Man paying him 500 to shoot hatcher in the parking garage of her luxury dallas highrise last september. The fbi describes delgado as a jilted woman who was jealous of hatcher because she was dating her dermatologist exboyfriend and had just been introduced to his parents. What is left to do is to bring her to justice and have her answer for this crime that shocked our community. One female is possibly shot in the neck. Reporter search warrants obtained by abc news claim delgado stalked her using an iphone to track her movements the night of the murder and would only pay the hit man seen in this Surveillance Video if he brought her hatchers drivers license as proof of death. Delgado was questioned days after the murder but police say they didnt have enough evidence to charge her with a crime. The fbi believes she may now be hiding in mexico where she has family. According to the capital murder indictment, delgado and a drug cartel gave the shooter drugs and money in exchange for killing hatcher. Much. More on this from former fbi special agent brad garrett.
