Eyewitness News Reporter dray clark is live in midtown. Reporter good morning, lori. The Port Authority bus terminal is a big place, a public place. The victim thought she would be safe here. She met her would be attacker on the popular dating web site e harmony. The man called himself receive friday kent. They met at the Port Authority bus terminal monday around 4 00. She said the man immediately tried to take her to a hotel and when she told him no, she said the man told her he had a gun pointed at her back. She said the man then forced her into a sway tunnel where he raped her. The victim managed to feel her way to 41st street where she flagged down a firefighter and happened to her and she was rushed to the hospital. She was taken to the hospital again where she was treated and she has now since then been working with the Port Authority to try to give them a better description of her attacker. The problem is Port Authority police dont have a good detailed description of what the man looks like. They are trying to get the word out here because they are still concerned that he may very well still be in the area, perhaps with his sights set on another person. If you have any information or perhaps you may have met this guy under the same circumstances using the name jeffrey kent, the police want to hear from you. Friends and family will say the final farewells to one of the Columbia University students killed in a bus crash 21yearold daniella move son a junior at barnyard was one of 30 volunteers who worked with clumps medical brigade program. She and two others were killed wednesday when the bus crashed and fell into a ravine heading to the airport to come home. The suspect in an Armed Bank Robbery on long island is in serious condition after he was shot by a security guard. It happened at a chase bank around 6 00 last night in franklin square. Police say the man announced he would rob the bank before pulling out a gun and pointing it at two security guards. One is a retired security guard. He opened fire hitting the suspect. Police have not identified the suspect. We do know he underwent surgery last night and is expected to survive. More than a week after the alleged gang rape of an 18year old woman in a brooklyn park, the d. A. s office admitted that they could not meet the deadline to secure indictments against the teenagers. The 5th suspect is being held on a prior charge. Nypd officers confronted an armed suspect in the bronx and the dramatic moments were caught on camera. It looks like it happened in the westbound lanes of atlantic avenue. A school bus collided with this ambulance. The school bus received minor damage. We have been able to confirm there were no injuries on the school bus. We cant tell you if it was occupied at the time of the accident. From what i can tell, the school bus has driven away from the accident scene. The ambulance has fairly serious damage. We did learn there are two unclear whether it was crew or patient but those people are being treated for injuries. The westbound lanes of atlantic avenue just reopened.
