Work as it relates to further compliance because you are major recipients of federal grants, as well as the fact that we have to report in a separate opinion, internal control deficiencies and were reported to report these items on the Financial Statements that you see here. What you really see in the Financial Statements is just basically a mirror of the Financial Statements that the management had presented to you. There were no audit adjustments, we didnt change any of those numbers and vouched them back to what we call external documents or external evidence, verifying that the Financial Information is fairly stated. As a mentioned before were required to also report to you in these Financial Statements if we noted any noncompliance with laws and regulations and we noted no find of noncompliance with laws and regulations. With the specific tests that we go into, we verify the compliance with the federal requirements so we know there are no exceptions. We look at the interrible controls internal controls and payroll internally and look the controls and we have noted no deficiencies in internal control. We are required to communicate to you whether we noted any difficultis in the performance of the audit or whether we noted a audit adjustments, which is the second letter in the package that you have. We noted we proposed no audit adjustments. Management has been one step forward giving us all the Financial Information that we needed to complete our audit and for that we thank management staff. Is ada accessible. Public transit is plentiful. We have conquered the steps, we have watched the dogs, and we have enjoyed a beautiful view. This is a place to take someone special on a romantic stroll and enjoyed a beautiful look out. Welcome to Corona Heights located in the heart of this district. It offers a view of the downtown skyline, the bay bridge, and the east bay. It is one of the best kept secrets in the city. It is hardly ever crowded. On any given day, you will run into a few locals. , bought a 37 bus to get there without any parking worries. For legged friends can run freely. There is also a patch of grass for the small box. It is a great place. It is a wonderful place to have these kinds of parks. That dog owners appreciate it. Take time to notice of the wildfires that are on the grassland and keep your head out on the lookout for hawks and other bird life. Be sure to take your camera and be prepared to take a view of the city will not forget. It has a beautiful red rock formations. You could watch the sunrise over the bay. This is another one of our great lookouts. We are at mount davidson. 928 feet. This is the place for you to bring someone special. To not forget that dogs and enjoy all of the pathways and greenery that surrounds you. It provides a peaceful oasis of open space and great hiking trails. The spectacular view offers a Perfect Place to watch the sunrise or sunset with someone you love. It is a good place to get away from the hectic life of the city. Come up here and listen to nature, i get some fresh air. That view is fantastic. Where sturdy shoes. Hikers get the feeling of being in a rain forest. Mount davidson is also a great place to escape the noise and the bustle of the city. Take the 36 bus and it will drop you at the entrance. It is quite a hike to the top but the view is worth every step. This is the place to bring that someone special. Golden gate parks largest body of water is an enchanting place. Is a popular spot for paddling around in boats, which can be rented. Created in 1893, it was designed for these your boating for leisure boating. It is named for the wild strawberries that once flourished. There is also a waterfall, two bridges, and trails the climb to the summit, the highest point at more than four hundred feet. You can catch glimpses of the western side of the city that make this hilltop a romantic look out. For public transit, i take the n train. The lad the ad lake is ada accessible. Watch many ducks, swans, and siegels. Seagulls. It is a great place to stroll and sail away. Many couples come here to take a ride around a lake, going under the bridges, passing the chinese pavilion and the waterfall. For a quiet getaway, making for a memorable and magical experience. Located on 19th avenue, this growth is the place to where youre hiking boots, bring the family and the dog because it has so much to offer you and your loved ones. It is a truly hidden gem in the city. The park is rich with eucalyptus trees. Long paths allow you to meander, perfect for a dog walking in a wooded environment. I enjoy the history. The diversity of nature that exists in such an urban city, concrete streets, cars, we have this oasis of the natural environment. It reminds us of what the history was. There is a section for dogs and plenty of parking. Transit is available on the 28 bus to get you very easily. The part is ada park is ada accessible. It is also a natural lake. This is your chance to stroll around the lake and let the kids run free. It also has many birds to watch. It is a place to find and appreciate what you a wonderful breath of fresh air. Come and experience in this park and enjoy the people, picnics, and sunshine. This is a lovely place to take a stroll with your loved ones. In the middle of pacific heights, on top of these hills, it offers a great square, a peaceful beauty, large trees and grass and greenery. It features tables and benches, a playground, restaurants, and tennis courts. There are plenty of areas for football and picnics. It is very much a couples park. There are many activities you can experience together. Stroll on the pathways, bring your dog, or just picnic at one of the many tables and enjoy all that it has to offer together. Yes, part of it, we were doing the california shakeup drill with 9. 3 million in the state of california, but i think there was vibrations. Mayor mathews and mayor reed were jumping up and down because i told them we were putting together something that would not only be a great way to Work Together but something they have also been personally wishing could happen and be led by the city. So today we are of course unveiling our promotional launch but getting here has been something on my mind. Its been one of those very solid topic that jen and i spent good time together. My office, where i call it inappropriately the man cave, but it is a place where i think we have had a chance to talk about the honest going relationship that the niners, the oldest professional sports franchise in the state of california, thats still here in the state of california. It is wonderful to have this opportunity. We have other ideas we cant talk about yet because they are not matured but this came to us fast. It was an opportunity we have rarely. But to be able to be invited by the National Football league to submit a bid and build up a course of support is incredibly helpful to the city. I have been looking for those days where we celebrated just as enthusiastically those super bowl wins with joe montana, steve young and coming down market street. As we did with the giants a year and a half to two years ago. These were incredible inspirational opportunities we have, now hosting a super bowl. Being part of a bay area effort to bring this incredibly helpfu event that isnt just one few hours worth of games. Theres all kinds of events that happen during super bowl week. I believe that the bulk of them will be hosted here in San Francisco because this will be where we reflect strong infrastructure of tourism, where we host things and do well. This is what San Francisco is about. We have an incredible committee of people that have volunteered and put forth i want to be part of this team effort to, build a bay area super bowl event that will be not only long lasting for the sports itself but with daniels leadership and supervisor feral thats been such an incredible partner in the dialogue to help us form our ideas. And for somebody whos spnt his personal time creating the educational links between our School District and kids and parents, to created a decisional open space in private efforts, we have the right team. Today, in concert with mayor mathews and mayor reed with people in business, philanthropy, academia coming together, certainly under the very large umbrella of wanting and wishing and making sure this is the most philanthropic event the worlds ever seen. It is appropriately hosted in San Francisco. I have often heard when something happens in the city they want it to city. When something happens in San Francisco, we want the whole world to know about it. This is a stage. Super bowl will be a stage we want to announce to the whole world. In that effort i want to make sure you know we dont leave out what i think is happening with great organizations like sf city and our technology companies, that we want to embrace technology as a way to announce this. So with that i am going to do the first tweet. Tweeting. The new hash tag we would like everybody in the bay area to also utilize in their effort to go viral on this. There it goes. Hopefully it goes on there. The hash tag sf super bowl [applause] this is one example. Facebook, google plus, instagram. We have all these wires in having people talk to us. What would they want and establish it, what kind of events that will help us be even more philanthropic about this. San francisco, santa clara, san jose, we want that effort to insight people to take this opportunity to join our nfl, join our 49ers, to join all of our sports crazy efforts and education efforts and all the things that we really reflect success in the San Francisco bay area to join us in promoting this event and making sure that when we are ready to submit our bid to the nfl in may of next year that we will have created a communitybased bay area wide effort to reflect on this wonderful opportunity. Right now it is only an invitation but we will show this allows us to create the most collaborative efforts with segments of business education, bay area, the different mayors coming together, bringing us all together on this incredible opportunity. I have always thought that sports is an inspiration. Im a big fan of 9ers, i know they will have an opportunity to win tonight. But it inspires us to think through what we can do together in collaboration. Winning is certainly a great thing to have. But i think we win on many more fronts when we bring people together and focus on a larger goal, that winning means generations of kids win. Our economy wins. What i think are things that we do well. All of so many other aspects of our society win out when we use these opportunities and invite a lot more to come together and think creatively as we are the Innovation Capital of the world.
