The suit alleges cosby asked her to sit beside him on a bed. He then proceeded to sexually molest her. She says the incident caused severe emotional stress and only fully realized the full extent of it. Theres no response from cosbys attorney who has refuted all the previous allegations. Cosby has never been charged with any crime. Meanwhile, the journal news reporting nearly half of the seats to cosbys show this weekend in terrytown, new york, are available after refunds were offered.
