Prosecutors, including that secret recording made of trump just before the 2016 election. As anybody would say, thats the strongest possible evidence. There certainly was evidence of knowledge by the president of a payoff to the playboy playmate. We begin this morning with the president threatening to strip the Security Clearance of half a dozen former officials. Never mind some of them dont even have clearance anymore. That is not stopping the white house from stthe policy of paybk to vocal critics. I want to get to how it breaks down. The president is said to still be considering this move. While none of his people hes targeting are still in the government, current officials are certainly taking notice. Right now, these are the men and women on the list. Former cia director john brennan. Former director of National Intelligence James Clapper. Former cia director michael hayden. Monetary gain. No, that wasnt an snl skit. We already know the president has attacked u. S. Intelligence agencies literally. Hundreds of times since launching his 2016 campaign. Repeatedly describing the fbi and Justice Department as corrupt. That includes attacks during political rallies both as a candidate and as president. Just last week, the president suggested hes the victim here. Do you think any intelligence agencies, u. S. Intelligence agencies, are out to get you . Well certainly in the past, its been terrible. You look at brennan. You look at hayden. You look at comey. You look at mccabe. You look at whats happened. Take a look at all of the shenanigans that have gone on. Very hard to have confidence in that group. As for making money, it is true that comey wrote a book and three of the others are network analysts. Although brennans spokesperson says he has not made a penny off his clearance. But what about the president . According to open secrets, nearly 60 million bucks have been paid to Trump Properties since 2016. Nearly all of it coming from trumps own campaign and the rnc. You can draw your own conclusions about whether hes profiting from his public service. So what is trump really upset about . Im going to guess this. President trump made President Trump look unstable, erratic and thin skinned. I dont think hes medically unfit to be president. I think hes morally unfit to be president. The policies this president has pursued globally has served president putins interest in dividing the west. He is giving aid and comfort to the enemy and it needs to stop. Before we go on, lets also remember the records of these people, the president is targeting. Brennan, clapper, hayden and comey. All served under democratic and republican administrations. Hayden, hes a fourstar general who spent 40 years in the air force. Clapper, served two tours of duty in southeast asia. Despite that, senator rand paul who floated the idea to the president , suggested that this issue is an easy political win. I think theres a great deal of resolve. Because i dont think we should reveal secrets who are calling the commander in chief treasonous. I dont think theres many people in america who are going to disagree with that judgment that we will continue to give secrets to calling the president treasonous. I would probably go further and say that really excia agents once retired should no longer have top secret clearance. While rand paul calls this a nobrainer, democrats like ron wyden say it looks like the president is compiling, quote, an enemy list. As for folks being targeted, theyre staying relatively quiet. Comey and mccabe dont even have Security Clearance. That is whats so important. Sarah sanders gets on the podium, ready to roll, naming people who dont even have loo about pulling Security Clearance from these people to try to distract us. The humiliation President Trump created for himself in helsinki and other embarrassments. Talk to us about what hes pursuing and how hes dominating the headlines with this. Sarah sanders speaking from behind the podium here, behind me, to deliver the statement to americans just yesterday. It appeared to be a sort of off the cuff idea from the president. Appeared by the senator from kentucky, rand paul. In my conversations with a senior white house official this morning, they insist this is something the president s been thinking about for quite a while. That has been, in their words, on his mind. If its something on his mind for quite a while, why the white house wouldnt have done its Due Diligence to know the fact that two of the six individuals they named no longer had being annive is Security Clearances here, specifically Andrew Mccabe and james comey, as has been identified by their aides. Their clearances were revoked. Comey, when he was fired last year. The bottom line right now, according to the latest report from the director of National Intelligence, more than 4 Million People in this country do have Security Clearances. More than 1 million of them have top secret clearances. One thing thats also striking in this moment is the president obviously focuses on this issue. Is the fact that, youll remember, this is my reporting to my colleagues, when we were trying to focus on the Security Clearances as they related to Jared Kushner and ivanka trump and formerly rob porter who used to serve as the secretary here. The White House Company line, as it was, was we dont talk about Security Clearance. But now in this effort apparently to try to punish some of those who criticize the president openly, the white house is talking very publicly about this matter. Whether its on the president s mind this morning, hard to know. Bottom line, hes had several tweets hes posted. None of them at least for the moment on this topic. Stephanie. Peter, what a silly embarrassment. Has there been any follow up with Sarah Sanders . She got on that podium, named the people who the president would like to revoke their Security Clearance and two of them, as you just mentioned, dont even have clearance. That is absolute sloppy stupid nonsense. Has anyone been able to follow up with her on that silly mistake . Well, weve reeached out in n effort to follow up with officials at the white house. No specific answer to those questions. But this is part of a pattern obviously. Sometimes when states are made haphazardly, oftentimes in an effort to deliver whats on the president s mind at the moment, mistakes get made. Weve witnessed that. It appears at least on this occasion were seeing it one more time. Repeated sloppiness. All right, peter, thank you. I want to bring my panel in. Its an excellent one. My dear friend and former colleague shannon pettypiece. Elise jordan who worked in the george w. Bush white house. Shannon, what is the point of all of this . To me, it seems like a distraction. We need to remind our audience, the reason, the core reason these people have clearance, is to help officials who are currently in the white house. And as peter mentioned, 4 Million People out there have clearance. 1 million have top secret. The president is clearly targeting. People have said not such nice things about him. Sarah, when she read that statement yesterday, i think this is some of the reasons some of us in the Briefing Room are a bit taken aback, is there was no National Security reason for this. You know, her statement talked about political remarks that these people had made that, you know, disparaged the president. Do you trust this person to having access to Classified Information . Security clearances are drawn when someone has shown things that would jeopardize National Security. This had nothing to do with the countrys interest or National Security according to her statement. But i must say, i was not really surprised to hear this because ive been hearing for months now concern among former Justice Department officials that this administration will be taking some action against people who speak out, like comey, mccabe, former intelligence officials who speak out, and one of the follow up questions i asked was, is there anything else theyre going to do . Because this action really doesnt have many repercussions but there has been concern there potentially could be criminal actions taken or pushed by this administration down the road. I think this could be the first of a number of things we see this white house trying to do to attack those who speak out against it. All right, were going to continue to cover it. But, mr. President , were not forgetting about robert mueller, the Michael Cohen tapes and the humiliation in helsinki. Were able to walk and chew gum at the same time. I want to talk about what James Clapper said the potential fallout from this could be. Take a listen. I think this is a real abuse of the Clearance System. Just to use it to attack political opponents or people who have been critical of the president and, you know, is that now going to become a criteria for obtaining a clearance anywhere in the government, is a pledge of loyalty to President Trump . Ooh, that has to have some sort of chilling affect on current potential future members of this administration and the intelligence community. I think that the way the administration has rolled this out has been incredibly ineffective. But i think were losing the Bigger Picture here. That the Clearance System is just completely out of control. And should we necessarily have former top intelligence officials immediately offering political commentary . Is it in the nations best interest. I do think theres a legitimate point to be made. That when former intelligence official is using their platform politically, that they shouldnt have a clearance. Then that could be universal. But you dont have to say lets play something that the president said specifically about James Clapper in his interview with cbs. I have no confidence in clapper. You know, clapper wrote me a beautiful letter when i first went to office. It was really nice. All of a sudden, hes gone haywire because they got to him and probably got him to say things that maybe he doesnt even mean. Whos they, they got to him . Is that The Deep State . The deep state, the resistance. Its hard to know what hes referring to. James clapper is all about the resistance. Come on. When you look at these people, James Clapper, brennan, susan rice, comey, mccabe, people who spent their careers in government. Youre talking about two cia directors. Have committed their lives and their careers to this. These are not people who transitioned into government somehow. These are people who are Career Intelligence Law Enforcement professional. Lets get to the broader point that elise was trying to make earlier that maybe we need to revamp the security system. I want to share what rand paul said on fox. I told the president in private what ive been saying in public, i think theres a great danger to having Talking Heads on tv who are excia agents and still have classified clearance. Theres a real danger they might inadvertently reveal Classified Information. If you want to have a cooling off period. If you want to say lets not have these people in the media, thats one thing. The president is selectively choosing people who have called them out for absolute nonsense. When the president said i got this idea from rand paul, he did not get the idea from rand paul. Well, and general hayden made a point that i thought was important and i agree with. Due respect it wont be invited back. Thats not what this is. This is definitely an enemys list. This is a list to retaliate against those who have called out the russian government. He is he made it clear in helsinki. He made it clear in nato who he works for. And that really needs to be all the media, Everybody Needs to be focused on that. Look at all the statements about russia. Even going back to 2016. Look at all the concerns about russia. But clapper, hayden, all of them have said things about putin and russia and their role in Wreaking Havoc and confusion in the United States. So i think we ought to add that to the list of evidence that mueller has that shows he is colluding and he is an agent. Lets remind the president comey and mccabe on your list. They dont have clearance. Thats right. You have new reporting about the mueller investigation. The president liked to call it a rigged witch hunt. There are 35 indictments and plea deals in the mueller probe. 35. What did you learn . One of the big issues out there has been whether mueller is going to be able to interview the president in december. Mueller requested an interview with trump. Trumps legal team has spent months trying to negotiate terms of some sort of agreement over the course of that. His lawyers have changed. This is the process going on. As of last week, giuliani told me the legal team submitted a proposal to mul theyre President Trump would answer questions to collusion and whether the Trump Campaign co colluded with russia. When i asked giuliani why, he said theres a concern other peoples statements around obstruction could contradict what trump would say, namely comey would contradict what trump said, leaving him open for a perjury charge. Thats like me saying to my husband, you know, you can ask me what time i came home but you cant ask me where i went. So now the president s legal team has submitted this proposal. They have not heard back from mueller as to whether he will accept that. Mueller still has the option to issue a subpoena and say you will have appear before a grand jury and answer under oath. However, trumps legal team said they would fight that. That could set things up for a fight. Mueller and his team have a decision. Do they accept, do they try to negotiate, or do they issue a subpoena . And either trigger a court fight or call the president before a grand jury. Im willing to get distracted with the news of the Security Clearance. You know whos not distracted . Mueller. Coming up, a federal judge grants a request by manaforts attorneys to delay the start of his criminal trial. Were learning the identities of five witnesses who have been granted immunity in the case. Who are we . Weve got the names. First, late nights seth meyers has the scoop on the new issue reportedly bothering trump. Frustrated that his on camera appearances have not had the same Production Value of tv shows he watches. Said an aide, sir, weve been over this, shes a cartoon. On our planet than people. Were putting ai into everything, and everything into the cloud. Its all so. Smart. But how do you work with it . Ask this farmer. Hes using Satellite Data to help increase crop yields. Thats smart for the food we eat. At this port, Supply Chains are becoming more transparent with blockchain. Thats smart for millions of shipments. In this lab, researchers are working with watson to help them find new treatments. Thats smart for medicine. At this bank, the worlds most encrypted mainframe is helping prevent cybercrime. Thats smart for everyone. And in africa, iot sensors and the ibm cloud are protecting endangered animals. Thats smart for rhinos. Yeah. Rhinos. Xfinity xfi, simple, easy, awesome. Welcome back. Im stephanie ruhle. More court action today in the criminal case of the president s former Campaign Chair Paul Manafort. Lawyers are meeting this morning to figure out what jurors can be asked in manaforts trial. This all coming a day after a judge agreed to delay his trial until next week. Now we know the names of five potential witnesses who have been granted immunity in that case. All of them have tied to financial institutions. Nbcs Pete Williams joins me now. All right, pete, you were in the courthouse yesterday. Lay us out what manafort is dealing with now. Right now the question is what can the jurors be written in the written questions which is the sort of modern practice now in federal court. This saves time for the voir dire process of asking the jurors a bunch of questions and then the lawyers decide which jurors can they leave out. This is what you wont be seeing. This is archive tape. Because Paul Manafort is no longer a free man. So this videotape of him walking into the courthouse is something that isnt going to happen anymore. He is now being held in the alexandria jail. He appeared yesterday in a green jail jump suit. Although the judge said once the jurors start coming in, he should be wearing regular civilian clothes. There are a number of issues yet to work out. One is the question of what jurors can be asked. There he is in the jump suit. The judge said yesterday the jurors cant be asked, for example who they vote for. They may be asked whats their attitude about the irs. Remember, hes got Tax Evasion Charges here. Another issue thats yet to be worked out is how much the government can say about the folks he was working for in ukraine when he was advising the soviet or the russian backed government of ukraine and victor yanokovich, the former president. The defense wants to limit that and practically rule it out. They say this is a financial fraud case and the people paying him arent the issue. But the government says no, that is the issue. How he made the money, why when the money dried up he changed his strategy on how to get more money out of loans. And in a filing last night, the defense said that they may try to ask witnesses, for example, why some people were getting immunity and manafort wasnt. Because this could go to some insight into the special counsels motive for prosecuting the case against manafort. So there are all these back ground issues that the judge has to decide how close they can come when they actually get ready for trial next tuesday. And the reason ill just say briefly the reason why the judge delayed the trial is because the Defense Lawyer said theyd gotten a mountain of new evidence, new material, produced largely from the former manafort partner rick gates computer and electronic devices. Theyre trying to go through more than 100,000 pages of documents. Rick gates, we have to remind the audience is cooperating. All right, i have to bring in midwin charles. Talk about the significance of the judge naming five potential witnesses in manaforts bank fraud and tax crime case. I think its significant because what happens is we now know there are five people who are intimately connected with manaforts dealings and who can provide additional evidence and perhaps firsthand evidence and thats one of the reasons why i think this is one of the most significant things the judge has done to date. Two of them on that list, Conner Obrien and cindy laporta, worked on manaforts tax returns. What can we expect . We can expect to get those details. I think that, you know, talking about tax returns, we all want to know whats on trumps tax returns. Were now possibly going to know whats going on with manaforts tax returns. One of the many charges is tax evasion. So whether or not the prosecutors can prove whether or not he evaded taxes. How long has the evasion gone on. These two witnesses are going to be able to provide firsthand recollection or be intimate with the details of his taxes. But right now from what we know about these five people, theres no direct link or even indirect link to President Trump. This is all about Paul Manafort being crooked. Possibly lost in the conversation was that manafort was Trumps Campaign manager. You do not hire a Campaign Manager and trust someone who is going to help you get the number one job in the world, really, if you do not trust that person. And what this does is to show that does trump lack judgment. Because if he was, you know, chose someone like manafort to run his campaign and look at all the sort of shady back dealing hes been doing. Apparently for a long period of time, it says a lot about donald trump. Why would you choose this individual to be the person to run your campaign right . The number one job in the world this is who youre going to choose . It shows a lack of judgment. All of this shows it is going to be a difficult road ahead for Paul Manafort. Five new potential witnesses who have been granted immunity. That means they flipped and they got the goods. Its going to be exciting. Midwin, thank you so much. Coming up, Amazon Raking in billions and billions of dollars. So why do so many of their employees have to rely on food stamps to get by . Were going to break that down next in money, power, politics. Still a chance here. Its willingham, edge of the box, willingham shoots. Goooooooaaaaaaaallllllll that. Was. Magic. Delicious boost® high protein nuritional drink now has 33 more protein, along with 26 Essential Vitamins and minerals boost® high protein. Be up for life. Or snap. Thats about 153 Billion Bucks every year. The new food economy examined this problem. Focusing specifically on amazon employees using snap food benefits. In the state of arizona, please listen to this, one in every three of amazons employees depend on snap to put food on their familys table. In pennsylvania and ohio the figure appears to be about one in ten. The president for his part consistently picks fights with amazon about their use of u. S. Postal service for deliveries and their dominance in the retail market. Even jeff bezos owning the washington post. Heres what makes sense. None of those touch the legitimate criticisms of amazon. You want to criticize amazon . Im going to help you do that right now. Bhat president is going after is nonsense. When jobs do not pay enough, workers turn to public assistance in order to meet their basic needs and that burden is falling on taxpayers. When the head of that company pay low wages happens to be the richest man in modern history. Let me remind you, jeff bezos on amazon prime day become worth 150 billion. When hes worth that much money, you begin to start asking the question are Companies Like this who are paying their employees so little gaming the system . Joining me now, my dear friend Scott Galloway whos a professor at the Nyu Stern School of business and the author of the four, the hidden dna of amazon, facebook and google. We dont have a jobs problem in this country. We have loads of jobs. We have a wage problem. How are we going to fix this . If amazon, theoretically one of the most Successful Companies on the planet, richest guy in the world, and hes got employees on food snaps. Youre right, its never been easier to get a job but its never been harder to get a well paying job. We have an economy thats bifurcating into what could loosely be described as 350 million serfs serving 3 million lords. Amazon, by the way, those are outstanding jobs. Theyre high paying. They include equity. Anybody who has equity as part of their compensation, theres probably been a greater 50 likelihood that theyre millionaires. The individuals, the workers in the factory where quite frankly supply and demand has been the reason why these people are paid less and less, you know, theyre not making a living wage. I dont think amazon is any more guilty. What were guilty of is creating a gestalt among ceos where they see their only intersectionality as shareholders. Weve listened to earnings calls. What a ceo is responsible for or what they care about, its shareholders and their customers. They are never asked about and its not made a priority to help those lowwage employees. Theyll just find other ones. They dont have any leverage. But at some point, is there and im not calling for regulation, but is the regulatory action we need . Is there a moral obligation . If your company is that rich, why wouldnt you pay your employees more . Weve let minimum wage underpace inflation for 30 years. Union membership has been cut in half. Uber is worth 80 billion. Approaching the value of air bus. They have 12,000 employees. They have 2. 5 million driver partners. People not protected by minimum wage laws, dont have Health Insurance and dont participate in the 80 billion equity value. So we have Corporate America has figured out a rationale and reason to create a two class system. You have Information Age workers. Theres a war on talent. Theres never been a better time to come out of m. I. T. But theres never been a worse time to not have a College Degree and be working in a factory. This brings up a larger issue. Not for amazon. And that is theres always a tension between capital and labor. Over the last 30 years, capital has been kicking the crap out of labor and its bad for the economy. The greatest source of good and Economic Growth in the history of modern man has been the american middle class and its been punched in the gut repeatedly. What do we do about it . If the president wants to call out jeff bezos, he can call him out about this. They have received billions in tax incentives. Think about the amount of information they got from all of those cities who are vying to have the next headquarters in their location. Whos going to call him out . Where is he going to be forced to do something . Or should he be forced . Youd like to think the wealthiest man in the world would have more concern to the commonwealth. Wouldnt go hat in hand to municipalities asking for a tax break when he or she has more wealth than the municipal budget of the states he would say its his few fiduciary responsibility. When are we going to put the moral obligation on any plane out there . It cant just be, weve got a great philanthropy office. It would be electing officials that enforce or increase minimum wage. Increase minimum wage to 15. You know, part of the american no companys going to do it unless theyre forced to by the government. I think at the end of the day, people will always find a reason to increase earnings per share because thats where they get their compensation. Compensation drives behavior. Facebook, i mean, were talking about tech, facebook is finding a reason not to shut down temporarily the whats up application in india even though people are being dragged out of cars and lynched literally because of whats spread on the platform. Companies will always find a way to not link the dots between what is rice necessarily and be doing what is right for their employees. The Information Age employees are fine because they have leverage because theres a war on talent. But until we have stronger federal minimum wage laws. If we elect people that see the value in dignity in work. The American Experience is about freedom, liberty. Its also, stephanie, its also about dignity and work. We are generous people. You know what else we do . We work. And when people work, they need to make a fair wage. Right now, this is being put in two categories. People say youre either a capitalize or a socialist. Theres such a thing as conscious capitalism. Leaders running Companies Like sales force that kill it. Well, if you want so this notion of conscious capitalism. Weve lost the script around that this weve decided, again, thats whats good for the consumer and good for the Share Shou Holder is this. We have opted to treat the consumers like royalty. To treat shareholders like kings and queens. And the serfs are the workers. We have deprioritized work. Because organizations like this, organizations like the wall street journal, organizations like cnbc, will talk all day about the highly publicized examples of a kid coming out of harvard or not coming out of harvard that makes billions of dollars. Everyone thinks the economy is working. The economy isnt working. There are 24,000 people at facebook. The market cap of 600 billion. A quarter of a million employees with Auto Companies with 50 billion in market cap. We have literally reshaped the economy to serve a small number of very talented and very lucky people. Its a lottery economy. You know whos fault it is . Its our fault. Were electing people that will not raise minimum wage and have decided to deprioritize workers in the United States. The economy is working but not for everyone. Remember, you dont want to raise minimum wage. Youre going to pay for those people one way or another. They will need to be on federal assistance. I celebrate your entrepreneurship. I celebrate what an extraordinary Business Leader you are. I ask you, worth 150 billion, i sure hope your employees dont need to be on federal assistance. The second deadline. The Trump Administration is facing mounting pressure to reunite the remaining migrant families who are separated at the border. But a new court filing reveals more than 460 of these parents may have already been deported and lost their right to reunification. Msnbcs Jacob Soboroff has been following this story from the beginning. We are so grateful for the reporting he has done. You just mentioned the key number, 463 migrant parents have already potentially been deported. What happens when they get deported . Whether they signed away their rights to stay in the United States or they were deported for some other reason, theyre obviously not here. And reunifications dont happen once youre gone obviously. So the idea that these children were forcibly separated from their parents by the trump administration, by a manmade crisis obviously, as we talked about over and over again and we should continue to talk about, and now 463 of these parents will not ever go back possibly with their children, is a pretty outrablgs thing to think about. Whats the rationale . What the government says is once youre deported, youre gone and you dont have a right to legal status in the United States. But they had to know these peoples children were in the United States. I mean, they deported them. Was the plan to never reunify them with their kids . Remember, this whole thing was about deterrence and scaring people so other immigrants okay, great, understand that. Now whats the governments plan with all these children . The stance is its not really our job to reunify parents of children. What happens to the children is they go into the hhs system. The separated system. They stay separated effectively until they can be reu fignited a Family Member or a suitable sponsor under the guidelines of the hhs rules. They come here with their parents and they ultimately at the end of the day may end up with someone entirely different from their parents. Pretty crazy to think with. What is this of the coulding the u. S. Government . The thing that really is lets just say something. You wanted the parents to leave. The parents who could come here work, become productive members of the society. Youre keeping the kids here who we now have to educate, offer medical care to and find a home. Whats the rationale . And the medical care is the big one. Think about the trauma all these children are going through. Hundreds of children at this point. And were footing the bill for it. It is pennies on the dollar to put an arveg ankle monitor o parents. To ultimately stay in the United States. It costs virtually nothing. Compared to what it costs to incarcerate, separate, put children in hhs services. Were talking about hundreds of millions of dollars to these facilities to house these unaccompanied migrant children. All for scaring people away from coming to the United States which, by the way, doesnt work. Theyre still coming here and theyre still coming in numbers just like before. This makes no sense to me. You can put your Heart Strings economically, physically, why in gods name this makes any sense. Jacob, thank you so much. Thanks. Coming up, the tale of 12 tapes. Why would both parties withdraw Attorney Client privilege . I think there are a couple things going on here. I think with Michael Cohen, weve had trump and his attorneys go back and forth as to whether or not Michael Cohen was acting as his attorney or acting as his business adviser. What i think happened there was, they didnt want to challenge it because the last thing you want is to have a judge making a finding as to whether or not these were conversations that took place during the course of dispensing legal advice or not, as a business person, and also i think one of the most important things here, which ive said before on your show, is that Attorney Client privilege does not take into effect or does not apply if those Communications Deal with a crime underfoot or the furtherance of a crime. I think the last thing the trump team wanted is for a judge to make a finding as to whether or not these communications had anything to do with the crime of the furtherance of a crime. They wanted to stay away from this and say, lets not deal with it. Fine. We withdraw the privilege. I dont understand the dance that is publicly going on between cohen, his lawyer, rudy giuliani. According to vanity fair, people close to cohen believe hes got information that would be very useful to mueller. What do you think is going on here . Well, first of all, we have to acknowledge, we still are not dealing with very intelligent people, after all. Secondly, theres no honor amongst thieves. It is incredible to me that someone would record their own client. Thats right. Unless they knew more than a client. He put President Trump before all else in his life. He idolized him. It lets you know what he really felt about him. He felt a need to cover himself. I think itll be very, very damaging. Though there is a good explanation as to why theyd not argue privilege any longer, i think this could end up being very, very damaging to trump. We know now there are 12 tapes. We dont have any reason to think that trump is only on one of those tapes. Hes probably on more than one. It is just crazy. Giuliani coming out on hannity about a month ago, add wimittin paid her off, after the denials. Theyre not very bright. He is his own undoing, and thats exactly what we have. Trump is his own undoing. We can say he is not bright and it is his own undoing, but he woke up in the white house this morning, and none of us did. Michael cohen is not in jail yet. What do you think from Michael Cohens inner circle to leak out, well, Michael Cohen could cooperate with mueller, what is the goal . For trump to pardon him . Axios also reported that Michael Cohen has been speaking to friends and associates, questioning Donald Trumps mental state. Then you look at what Michael Cohen has done publicly. He tweeted on monday, you know, what he said to George Stephanopoulos holds, that he is going to try to do the right thing. He seems to be putting himself up in contrast to donald trump and saying that he is his own man now. Certainly someone he wasnt a year ago, after having been Donald Trumps man for so many years. Never too late to do the right thing. If he is turning over a new leaf, we welcome that. I want to ask about the runoff in georgias collection. Lucy forced to runoff after the primaries. I dont think people remember who she is. The mother of jordan davis, the teen slain down in florida for playing music that was too loud. We wish her well. Hope everybody in the sixth gets out and votes. Shes dedicated, since her sons death, a lot of her activism to ending gun violence. Not only do we have this wave of Women Running and winning, this is also a woman who has been fighting against gun violence and who represents one of our current mothers of the movement who lost a young man, who lost a son to an armed vigilante. We wish her very, very well. Itd mean a lot, i think, to her and the memory of her son, for her to win. Gives you chills. I mean, that is the mother who lost her son, and shes taking action. Thats right. Shes running for office. Thank you, all, so much. Great conversation. You know how we end this show. No matter what, there is always good news anywhere. We think good news rules. I love this one. 13yearold falkner was serving hot dogs at the park when somebody reported him. Are you kidding me . Instead of shutting him down, the city helped him meet Health Standards and pitched in to pay for the permit. His Old Fashioned hot dogs is up
