there are tons of people in congress who are great. swalwell does a great job. you can name a ton of people out there who are advocating for this. but the fact of the matter is, until the republicans are willing to put kids lives before the money that they get from their lobbyist, we are not going to be able to do anything. biden has an opportunity to put the pressure on every single person we have in the senate to make this happen. but you have people like joe manchin, who run around as -- you sink their support for the second amendment as some sort of way to show that they're a maverick. who isn't falling in line with democratic party. this is all a mess. gun violence in the united states is an international embarrassment. this type of stuff does not happen elsewhere. the republicans love to talk about masks, stabbings, as though that's what's going to happen. but this is clear. it's a clear issue. and there are a lot of clear answers. gun violence in general in this country is very often a class issue. it's very often a race issue. it's a policing issue. but there are laws that can
