impartial this judge will be. i do think you may see conversation from the doj asking for limitations to be placed on donald trump in terms of donald trump so the integrity of his case isn't -- how he respond is gonna be a key indicator, in terms of how they will approach -- people will be watching this to see -- try to can curtail some of the public discourse around this from donald trump and then also of course, how judge panel can a response. it's something i'm watching because you do not want to run the risk of curtailing defendant's first amendment rights any differently than you would and another case. but you also have to be mindful and balancing that this is not any other defendant you're talking about someone who has an enormous platform, and reach is very far and wide. that could ultimately, weigh in
