So, as the game goes on and the game becomes more and more dynamic, which is opposite of chess. And then you started to go online. Yes. And play shogi. And so, someone invited you to japan. Ah, yes. Its a long story, but shortly spoken, there was an event on the internet where professional player was giving kind of teaching games, and she kind of knew im female and im thinking about becoming professional. And she played with me and she was like, oh, my god, that girl, shes very strong, and she lives in poland, why she doesnt speak japanese. So she was very interested and invited me to japan. And you overcame so many obstacles, because looking at this shogi board, all the chinese characters. How long did it take you to master the characters . At first, i actually, i played on symbols, like king was, like chess king. But then i got interested in the character side of shogi, and at first i wrote this in my notebook many times. But later on, i kind of fouound ways to imagine the pictures. For me, it would be kind of chinese in my head smiling. Its hard to imagine, but this is how i would remember it. How does it feel to be the first foreigner in your position . Its very cool. Do you want to make this a lifetime career for you . Yes. I already started making it. I became professional. Karolina, im sure there are a lot of professional shogi players out there watching abroad. How do you plan on reaching those people and, you know, expanding, promoting the game . So, the biggest problem now for shogi society is that we dont have enough materials to study. So, one of my goals would be to translate books from japanese to english in order to help people to get stronger at shogi. And the other problem would be shogi promotion.
