But that is not all he is facing multiple charges now for the chase he took police on yesterday afternoon as well. Eyewitness News Reporter has the latest in the sat center tonight. Alicia. Natasha Upper Darby Police say the man we mentioned last night the man questioned after found in wooded area he is the man facing charges for yesterdays wild chase that ended in a near tragedy. A 30yearold call eave douglass in the hospital tonight with collapsed lung and spine injury. But, soon, hes expected to be behind bars. And after being hit with a laundry list of charges for yesterdays wild series of event in upper sdashy. The young gentleman that was on the dirt bike was coming up at a High Speed Authority and a little before 2 00 yesterday Afternoon Police in philadelphia attempted to pull douglass over for illegally riding a dirt bike in the street. He fled Police Pursuit and as he crossed to upper darby and came down 69 street he slammed into a 6yearold and a woman who police have now identified as her great aunt. They were and come out and get ready to cross the street and thats when it happened. After hitting the child and great aunt witnesses say douglass at the time seem unfazed and immediately got up. The operator of this Motor Vehicle get off it and gets a knife out and car jacks the vehicle. The stolen car was abandoned a few weeks from the crash and douglass found in wooded area shortly after. Now, Police Say Call leaf douglass was driving on suspended license and hes facing a dozen charges for carjacking and police chief and injuring two people. Searching for a missing 4 45yearold uber driver from abington township. She was last seen Tuesday Morning 4 45 on 2700 block of axe factory road in philadelphia and police say she was working as uber driver when she last spoke to family members and she does not apps her cellphone or contacted any family members since then she was actually last seen in 2003 olive green Subaru Legacy similar to this one pennsylvania license plate hja 8582 described as 5 4, 135 pounds blue eyes and blonde hair. Anyone with any information is asked to Contact Police right away. Also, tonight, police are searching for a berks county man charged in a shooting that left a young boy in critical condition. 19yearold matthew hail is charged with attempted murder. And a list of other offenses as well. We still dont have him in custody. Investigators tell us friday night a 13yearold boy was sitting in bedroom whether hail allegedly walked up to the window shouted ob sensitives and fired several shots. The boy was shot several times including in the neck and torso and it happened about 7 00 on stauffer road in reading. The victims two friends ran from the bedroom and were not injured. Now police say a 25yearold man was shot in the leg at the b complex night club early this morning and Authorities Say it happened shortly before 2 30 in the 900 block of norm delaware avenue. The man is stable and so far no arrests have been made in this case. And a house fire in morri morrisville, bucks county, it quickly spread out of control this afternoon. The flames actually moved to multiple homes nearby keeping police and firefighters on scene for hours trying to get those flames under control. Right now there is no word on what may have caused the fire or if anyone was injured this afternoon.
