Ppa spokesman marty owe rock confirmed this week that uber x and lift are once again illegal in philadelphia, but unclear at this point whether ppa will enforce it. If they do, drivers who are caught, will have to pay a fine. Many uber black drivers who are regulated lie taxi drivers want rules in place for both uber x and lyft. It has to be legalized. Were not against, like i say, a lot of jobs, but they have to be equal. To fight, go back, check through the ppa. They have to do it. If i pay like inspection also have to do inspection. Offense, you have to start with the quarterback. And this quarterback has been an aplus. To see a quarterback perform at his level, and then realize that hes a rookie who played less than one half of a preseason game is in a word remarkable. Overall if im looking at the offense, we are talking a. Now defense . The defense has been remarkable. They have a ferocious front line. The linebackers are working out extremely well. The safeties, well, Malcolm Jenkins is out of his minds in the last game, all over the fields making plays. Overall i give the defense an a. Special teams . Now, there have been couple of missed cues. It was an early missed field goal by caleb sturgis. But there was a punt return touchdown late in the bears game. Overall taking into consideration that they also have the most electric return man around, and thats darren sproles, i will give this special teams unit an a minus. I felt the minus coming on. Coaching . Doug pederson came here and has the right temperament. He changed the entire atmosphere, and you cant say enough about the job done by jim swartz and the defense.
