Reporter it is remarkable that this 59 yearold man survived after this building behind me, collapsed, trapping him underneath the ruble you can see that the damage is extensive and crew where is on the scene around 2 45 this morning to rescue that man. Lets get to video from just a short time ago when crews pulled that man from the debris this happened around 2 45 this morning, crews will remain here for much of the day, officials tell me that man was a home less man who was staying inside this building that was one of the three buildings being demolished at the time, and neighbors describe what they saw. Extremely critical condition, and our men and women did a valiant job in rescuing an individual that was trapped, at this location. Reporter do we know his condition. His condition, after several moments of searching he was found in what would have been the lower floor front room alert and in good shape so far. Reporter good morning, jan well, clean up is now underway after that row home, collapse, trapping a 59 yearold man, underneath the debris, you can see right now that crews are continuing to look at the debris and see if is there perhaps anyone underneath. They dont believe, that anyone else who was inside this vacant row home at the time but we have seen all kind of debris, getting pulled out of here, from mattresses to old couches, and the damage is extensive, Officials Say it is remarkable that this man survived. We have crews rescues this man from underneath the ruble, this all happened around 2 45 this morning, and, crews expect to remain here for much of the day, after officials tell me that, this was a home less man was staying inside of this vacant row home when it collapsed, it is one of the three row homes here in the 6100 block of yocome street that were in the process of being demolished. So, they had to safely, kind of cherry pick their way, through the wreckage to be able to find this individual and they were fortunate in finding the individual in the timely manner.
