State police shot and killed the suspect in weavers death after a manhunt. A man is dead after he was shot several times, this morning in north philadelphia. It happened just after 8 30 on the 2800 block of north park avenue, just off of north broad street. Police tell us that the 23 yearold victim was shot four times, including once in the head and neck and chest. He died a short time later at temple hospital. No arrests have been made and no word on a motive. A two alarm fire destroyed this home this Delaware County this morning, thinks the 700 block of 14th avenue in prospect park, and Fire Fighters say that the fire broke out, just before 1 00 oclock on the ground floor and then quickly spread to the rest of the home.
