But lets go ahead and show you the crime scene this taking place around 12 30 last night. Just about 75 feet from the entrance to that store. Thats where the victim, a 26 year old male, told officials he was meeting one somebody to settle a debt when that person opened fire, shooting him in the chest, and the arm and in the leg all while he sat in the passenger seat after car. Now his brother who was driving that vehicle fled the scene, taking him to holy redeemer hospital. He was then transported to temple hospital where hes in guarded condition. Police say the incident, which was in fact caught on Surveillance Video could have been much worse. When the shooting took place, this walmart was open for business. There were cars in the parking lot, not many, but there were customer cars in the parking lot. There were several customers in the walmart. There was about 20 employees in the walmart. So were very fortunate that there was no one else injured and no one was struck by stray gunfire. Now, we mentioned that this incident was in fact, caught on Surveillance Video.
