There is actually flood advisory posted across better portion of the delmarva peninsula, but also, just general flashflood watch that continues for most of the region, as well, until that back edge that you see now migrating it way through the lehigh vale, berks, lancaster counties until that pushes through, we are going to be fair game anywhere for additional rounds of rain. You can see how the rain was intensifying, this is look at the flashflood watch, right now expiring at noon today. So, there is at least good feeling in our forecast here, that we will actually see skies brighten up for some sunshine with time, so just give it that time. This isnt wash out after day. Seventyfive is the temperature currently at the airport, in the mid 70s generally everywhere else, slightly cooler as you head farther to the north and west. Now, as we take you around the region as a whole here, 86 is the high today. So talk about bearing it when it comes to heat, this will be finally the day we break the heatwave at temperatures not break out of the mid 80s, so heck of a lot closer to where it should be on the thermometer, that goes for really everywhere else, too. But the good news our checkpoints, both are all clear, so those restrictions for the 5ton vehicles between the vine and platt, that has all been lifted. Great news. Schuylkill eastbound the off ramp to packer also clear. No parking at broad Street Center median between washington and packer until midnight saturday, brooke, over to you. To the maps, we continue to track some very as we said heavy rain, pretty nasty batch of thunderstorms within the last hour or so. You can see, here, this is what were tracking, thats what fran was just rotting on, generally right on the tail end of the loop see the heavier pocket, rolling in, to portions of new castle and kent county in the next couple i would say over the next hour hour. Flood advisory posted as we move forward, though, this first area of low pressure moves out to sea, we start to clear out, and then right on its heals comes another system. So into tomorrow afternoon, additional rounds every rain are expected, some of it could be heavy again, and that will continue to be the story into sunday, as we still have another area of low pressure to track. So, with that said, i come bearing the news that it is not the prettiest weekend weve ever seen, at least the heatwave is broken at this point. So it is not quite as hot. Also take a look how dark that sky look, very wet roadways, certainly will cause some issues, you can see some lightning out there, some thunder out there, just be very careful, it is still very dark out there, because of the weather elements, and thats going to cause you some significant backups, in fact, looking at some of the cameras, and it is not looking good there. Dnc closures, one thats still out there, 95 at broad street. Ramps still closed north and southbound, all of the roads on the Wells Fargo Center still closed, those will reopen later tonight. Check point, good news, all clear. Thats some great news. Schuylkill, the off ramp to packer thats still closed. But the 5ton restrictions for vehicles between the vine and platt bridge also been cleared. Check point areas, speaking of, 95, north, near the platt bridge, one of the areas that was getting very, very heavy all week long, looking good right now, that check point is clear, now just going to be our normal congestion there. Fortytwo freeway northbound at creek road, first look outside there looking wet, looking dark, looking heavy already. For a friday, i would say, this is fairly heavy in terms every basically everywhere we are looking, speaking of 42, an accident, 42 southbound between 2952 right lanes blocked here. If you have a flight today, just make sure you check your schedules on line, several dnc departures are taking place today, so again you might be dealing with possible delays in terms of air travel. Overall, wet roadways, dark skies, 5 45 in the morning leading to the 6 00 give yourself extra time today, seen some accidents, good news the check point now all clear, jim, over to you. When we rose them, they sort of like popcorn, they blow up, get bigger, lighter, we lose about 20 of the weight of the bean when we rose it. And when were done they come out looking like this. Much bigger, lighter, and what youre used to seeing in your coffee bag. Thats a colombian roast, colombian bean . They come in the burlap sacks. I had no idea. They look more like a nut, like a peanut. Theyre seeds. So what are you guys brewing right here . Smells little different. We are roasting colombian. And might roast dark, or light, depending on what casino every bean were trying to establish. Tell us about the company. You guys have been here since 2004. Off to the west, however, things are starting to clear out, at least little bit. Now, eventually we will see the clouds break, everywhere, for even little sunshine. Here is the flood advisory, meantime, until 8 45 this morning, you are going to be dealing with potential of flooding.
