Well, Philadelphia Police want to talk to two men seen in Surveillance Video near a true with the noose hanging from it. Eyewitnesses tell police that four male suspects got away in a silver infinity with the parks pennsylvania license plate reading kj. Police are looking into whether reports of firecrackers being thrown at residents in that area related to the paint ball attack. Meantime Philadelphia Police want to question two men seen in this video taken near a tree in center city with a noose hanging from it.
