That is not the only impact at this hour because since 2 00 p. M. Traffic has been, snarled, due to power being out, impacting red lights in the area. As we were driving up there is a six way intersection that was just, jammed, due to people trying to get through, and power out and all of these red lights and this is businesses also being impact by this but good news at this hour is we have been told despite heavy volume of smoke, and fire, the substation, no injuries have been reported. Put the fire out the old fashion way with water, but we have to make sure that power is shut down first but we have co in place right now, with un manned water streams.
