Reporter we just stepped away from an update from officials, just moments ago and due to the nature of this situation, being a high voltage substation fighting this fire has been very difficult. They have had to wait until all power was cut off to the area before any materials can be laid down, and this fire broke out, around 2 00 p. M. At peco substation at 2600 block of west moreland street, although, it is unclear exactly how this began at this point we have been told that at lee 20,000 people have been impacted, due to the heavy smoke thaw are likely seeing right now, residents, that are down wind of this has been told to shelter in place. That is not the only impact at this hour because since 2 00 p. M. Traffic has been, snarled, due to power being out, impacting red lights in the area. As we were driving up there is a six way intersection that was just, jammed, due to people trying to get through, and power out and all of these red lights and this is businesses also being impact by this but good news at this hour is we have been told despite heavy volume of smoke, and fire, the substation, no injuries have been reported. Put the fire out the old fashion way with water, but we have to make sure that power is shut down first but we have co in place right now, with un manned water streams. We will be putting out a ladder pipe, aerial ladders, so as soon as we have confirmation that power is down from peco, we can start extinguishing the fire. Authorities in Chester County say they have broken up a large scale Drug Trafficking operation and now dozens of alleged drug dealers are behind bars that includes the suspected ring leader. Conn artist send a check for thousand dollars, asked victim to deposit it, keep 200 for themselves and wire 800 back to the scammer. A few days later the bank realizes the check is a fake and now the victim is on the hook for the full thousand bucks. Just because the check cleared doesnt mean you are in the clear, it can come up later as a fake and you are out money. Reporter fortunately lyle became suspicious and never sent any money. While Better Business bureau says anyone can fall victim to a scam, they find that people between the ages of 18 and 24, are more likely to lose money as a result of the scam. It is replaced with a massive expansion of the Health Saving s accounts and refundable tax credit for low and middle income americans who do not get coverage through their jobs ranging from 2,000 to 14,000 a year. Legislation would still cover preexisting conditions, dependent coverage until age 26, and wait until 2020 to roll role back medicaid expansion. Democrats say millions of people who just gained medicaid coverage under obama care will lose it. This is a tax cut for the wealthy, with some Health Insurance provisions packed alongside it. Reporter it is not just democratic opposition that could jeopardize repeal and replacement of obama care, conservative republicans have their own objections. Basically they are leaving taxes, they are leaving subsidies and leaving it in a form of a individual mandate. That sound like obama care light to me. Housing and urban Development Secretary ben carson is clarifying his comments on slavery and immigration. He made the original comments in his first address to hud employees.
