Philadelphia police say they know who they are looking for after a double shooting overnight. Eyewitness news at the scene on the 3900 block of percy street in north philadelphia. Police say two families living in a upstairs apartment got into an argument, and it turned violent with knives and a gun. Police also say a young child witnessed the whole thing unfold. During this entire incident, we are getting information from several witnesses, as well as the victims themselves, that there was a one year old baby boy inside the property while the fight took place, while the shot rang out. Now, luckily that boy was not hurt. The two men shot are being treated for their injuries. It is unknown what exactly they were fighting about. Philadelphia mayor jim kenney wants resident to take a stand against gun violence. He attended a Community Meeting in south philadelphia just hours after two teenagers were hurt in a driveby shooting.
