We will start to see a much more comfortable air mass take effect. Erika, back over to you. Police are looking for three men on the run who kidnaped ape 15 yearold boy in northeast philadelphia and then robbed his family. Eyewitness News ReporterJen Bernstein is live at Police Headquarters with more on that teens terrifying ordeal, jen. Reporter that boy is home with his parents this morning. He was unharm but police are still searching for for those three suspects who kidnaped the 15 yearold and then robbed, tied up his parents inside of their home. This happened in somerton. Police taped off the home as they collect evidence yesterday, the boys stepfather and mother were home expecting the teen. They heard a knock. Mother answered it and was confronted by two armed men who said they kidnaped her son. One of the suspects used his cell phone and made the young man speak to his parents. We did speak to his stepfather yesterday and heres what he had to say. There were two outside the house, one waiting inside with my son. My son called us from the guys phone and said give up everything. Give them everything, money, jewelry, whatever you have got. Reporter the parents were tied up, and those suspects searched the home. They did then leave with 30,000, according to the family, jewelry, as well as the Home Security system. They jumped in the car with the 15 yearold still there and sped off. He was later dropped at 23rd and fairmount and was able to go to the gas station and call for help. Police are looking for two suspects after a deadly shooting in southwest philadelphia a 31 yearold man was shot execution style on the 1900 block of south 60th street last night, investigators say the suspects fled in the dark colored suv. Happening today Philadelphia City council will vote on a proposed ordinance to reduce penalties for possession of marijuana. Members will vote on allowing City Police Officers to simply issue a ticket with the 25dollar fine for possession of the ounce of marijuana or less. That would make it a civil penalty and not criminal. The councilman jim kenny who authored that bill said it can save the city millions of dollars a year.
